There is no best place for a HJ. Most of the places reviewed here offer much more than a HJ and their business is geared around that. But pretty much any regular massage girl on Sukhumvit road area will offer you a HJ at the end of the massage (sometimes you have to ask) provided you are getting an oil massage. Oil massage generally guarantees you a private cubicle or room.

There are probably only a very few places that do not offer extra services in the Sukhumvit Soi 1 to Thonglor area. Often, you can walk through the foot massage area on the ground floor where there are middle-aged women and teenagers getting foot massages while you go upstairs for a shower and oil massage. Don't be surprised if you get offered an extra.

There are dozens of naughty massage shops in Soi 19 and Soi 23 which are near Asoke Soi 21. Being so near is not very important if your mind is set on something special in particular as mentioned in your quoted web site. Some of those places will not be far away. You can look on a Google Map.
