Hey guys,

Had a quick question about a planned trip to Dubai this coming weekend, but wanted to summarize my findings first after having RTFF.

Locations / Clubs I'm interested in checking out:

(mid-cheaper end of the spectrum, mainly looking at oriental WGs but happy with an international crowd).

- Premiere Hyatt Regency (Deira).

- KUBU at Radisson Blu Creek.

- Club 1 at Broadway (Deira).

- St George Hotel. Tivoli.

- Moscow Hotel, Red Square.

- Hues hotel, Rooftop (Deira).

- Ratsky at Fortune Karama.

- Boracay at Asiana (Deira).

- Club 7 at Park Regis Kris Kin (Karama).

- York International Hotel (Bur Dubai).

- Rock Fellas at Regal Bur Dubai.

- Mirchi at Ramee Royal (Karama).

- Sheraton Deira.

Green Hotels (ie hotels that will allow entry with minimal fuss):

- Majestic.

- Al Manar.

- (Chelsea Plaza Hotel).

- Capitol Hotel.

- Hilton Garden Inn.

- Golden Sands.

- Burjumaan Arjaan by Rotana.

- Sheraton Dubai Creek.

- Radisson Blue Deira Creek.

- Marco Polo.

- Grand Excelsior.

- Pullman Creek Deira.

- Sheraton 4 points.

So my questions are:

A) Are the above lists accurate (more or less).

B) Some of the interesting locations are in fact hotels themselves (Hyatt Regency, st George hotel, Moscow hotel, hues hotel, York international) - are people not staying here? Wouldn't it make sense to stay where the action is?

C) If you had to pick a top 3 hotel list, based on location, location, location and green status, what might you choose (regardless of price)? I'm in Dubai only for the weekend so don't fancy being miles from the action.

Am surprised there is nothing on airbnb but when I did look once some of the prices were silly so I did look much.

I used to have a huge apartment so that helped and at times some of us booked a large site at the hotel and had fun. We started in the early afternoon, had nice food / drink laid out and left the next day.

For me the best bet was a suite etc but in those days some hotels not as fussy as they are now. Issue could be price.

Another alternative is a place outside Dubai as you may find some villas available.

I have seen some nice apartments on Air Bnb as in 3 bedrooms or 4 bedrooms and lofts but all are in Marina or Tecom or JBR.

I was thinking of something in bur-Dubai or a villa in al-baraha or abu-hail, there are some super sexy villas in Palm Jumeirah right on the beach with there.

Private pool and 4-6 bedrooms with huge living rooms for group sex or gang bang:

So if we are about 5-7 men pooling in money but available for a minimum of 2 nights; it can be around 600 per head / per night which is decent enough.

I myself have a decent 2 bedroom apartment in Winchester which I find is better than there 3 bedroom apartment.

And I have no problem at all in about 4 men and 4 women in a 2 bedroom if we start early afternoon with men and ladies coming in separately and dressed.

Normally it can be managed as I have a rapport with the ground staff.

But all this is of no use if you are not in DXB land. You are the master of orgies in this sand pit I am told:

Does anyone know of a website or Agent who can get the whole villa for rent as we do with serviced apartments or same like in Phuket.

2 - 4 bedrooms but the entire villa nobody to ask you or question you or how many people are inside.

It can be good fun for an orgy or small party with friends. I heard from some members WR used to do stuff like this in DXB.

I hope someone will definitely enlighten on this topic?

Or looking for a penthouse or loft in Burj Khalifa or any other high rise building can also be another good place for a small get together or party.

I did try and look in the Air BnB but its mostly for sharing rooms or sharing apartments not for exclusive use as I require.

As you mentioned earlier. I researched through Airbnb. Very few are there where whole place is given. Mainly located near Jumeriah and Barsha. But not sure if they would allow and unless payment done cannot confirm if it's available for the particular date. If it's planned much in advance I guess we can try Airbnb. But not sure if the owner / caretaker of the place would allow such activities. Any tried and tested place known by ISG members can give the pointers for future booking.

I tried on my last visit, Allotted 48th Floor of Tiger Bldg in Dubai Marina sector, stayed there for 2 days for 350 AED.

Why do you want to check in a hotel: If you are coming for mongering why not book a 1 bedroom apartment in or around Burdubai its about 300 drhm decent enough.Its almost the same price and always green even with multiple girls on the same day.
