Nothing is going to happen. Indonesia will and remain the same or will get poorer.
I have seen it getting worse not better.
Cheers, and happy punting.

Last night I did a pass through Blok M, mostly just curious if anything was open. I know Eastern Promise is open, in a pretty limited and slim pickings kind of way.
Wondering if anyone knows of any other freelance places that are open? I know social media is an option, but I'm really missing the chatting at a bar environment.
Cheers!

Horrible timing.

Posts: 5636I just discovered that it is projected that in a little over three years time Indonesia will have the fifth largest economy in the world. Greater than Germany, France, the UK and Italy. That should certainly have an impact on our hobby. Perhaps increasing prices exponentially. I suspect post covid punting will be much different from what we have grown accustomed to.

I believe no less a great swordsman than President Soekarno himself enjoyed the favours of his nanny and so smitten was he that decades later he named Sarinah mall after her.
Damn, I grew up in the wrong archipelago.
