2. Gringo non-profit charity gets robbed at gunpoint by two assailants in the afternoon stealing employee purses, mochilas, and petty cash.

3. Shoe-maker, Nica, 50-years of age gets murdered along the beach.

4. Gringa crack-cocaine smoker gets her home invaded and assaulted. The Nicas took / pried the burglar bars from the outside and entered her home. They whooped her a*s for running-up a crack-cocaine debt.

5. Gringo gets extorted by police for US $1,200. Gringo got processed into the Nicaraguan penitentiary system to help him "come around" and reach into those pockets for the restitution.

6. Gringos flee Granada after Nicas held a 15-minute rock fight in front of their luxury vacation home rental.

7. Gringo retiree gets battered by Nica as Gringo retiree walks home fromo supermarket.

8. Gringo gets "b*tch slapped" for being himself.

These are just some of the recent acts of crime as circulating on the "Gringo Gossip Circuit."

Nicaraguans will be celebrating Easter for the next two (2) weekends. They will get drunk, stupid, and more lazy than normal. They will converge to any location with water and sleep on the beach, cars, and hotels.

Last time I visit restaurant Piratas. Never have I had a plate there that was worth half the money they charge. Took a nice Nica Indian gal to eat there tonight. She looks good, no beau, no kids. Her plate was one of the worst I have ever seen: Labeled Fajitas and Jalepenos on the menu. Being a fan of mex cooking, I said yeah, that should be terrific. What comes is a plate of 2nd rate Beef Stroganoff, more like dog food. She couldn't even eat a third of the plate, refused to take my Chicken Ceaser Salad from the get go, being polite. Her half plate of dogfood ran 230 Cordobas. Ready to flush a few dried-up condensed sponges down their toilets.

If you've been suckered by touristic hype into thinking Granada is a place to see and to be while you are transiting Nicaragua, at least you will be able to have sex while you are there. Locations are: Calle Calzado around area where tables are set-up outside for eating and drinking; in and around main square park; and block between the cinema and the main square. At night. For the un-discriminating. Finding a thin one, without children, and with all her teeth is a challenge.

When Gringos go overseas they tend to carry this "higher than the populace" persona and mentality. It's even more offensive when these Gringos cannot speak the native-tongue and therefore resemble the modern-era of Conquistadors.

Said Gringo was one such person.

This Gringo is pulling caballo for a Senora Nica and her basketball team of offspring. This Gringo loved and wanted to instill fear and "mightier than you" syndrome amongst the populace. For he would have his guns prominently displayed within his home for all pedestrians to view. Such tactics created the wrong attention.

In broad daylight, three (3) Chicos Nicas went looking to educate this Gringo, and they did. Executing a home invasion, the chicos nicas gained entry. Something happened and the Gringo got sliced-up like a meal at Benihana's restaurant.

Gringo received 150 stitches along his left forearm and arm, a punctured lung, lacerations to the face, and other stab wounds to the shoulder area.

The three assailants fled the scene: The Gringo has changed his modus operandi.

ADVISORY: Don't be frontin' and acting like a bad a*s and maybe you'll be able to enjoy your retirement "worry and risk free." Then again, Gringos are carne molida.

A few months ago I went to San Juan del Sur. Not being a fan of the ocean or beach, SJDS is not a priority on my destination list.

It is a beautiful bahia with an imitation statue of Jesus Cristo in an attempt to replicate Rio De Janiero.

In the sea are small sailboats holding anchor.

All of the bars and restaurants are located on the beach with a few more located within the city of a few blocks.

The drive from Granada to SJDS is about 1.5 - 2.5 hours, thinking the latter.

Lots of white girls are present: Lots of white guys are present. And a few Nicaraguans are sprinkled throughout.

ADVISORY: White girls in Nicaragua are not f*cking. Why? 'Cause they are only here for 1 - 3 days. More so, they come to Nicaragua with their significant other from their G8 country of residence. They come as couples. In contrast, Cabo San Lucas and Cancun get the single, drunk-and-sloppy white girls that suck d*ck for a jello shot.

I, Meat Loaf, am not a big fan of SJDS due to it being a tourist destination and lots of spoken English as a result. But I must admit that it is pretty and nice reprieve or locale to take and present to tourists.

After four (4) years of residency, only four (4) locations / regions / cities have not been explored by Meat Loaf. The cities are: Somoto, Ocotal, Puerto Cabeza, and Bluefields.

I can honestly say that no city in Nicaragua is truly endearing and worthy of international travel. If it wasn't for my residency in Managua and knowing the streets, I couldn't even recommend Managua as a destination.

It's sad when you return to the "Gringo Friendly Confines" and others ask if anything exist throughout the entire country and I must respond, "no."

I truly didn't find anything to justify continued residency or to recommend for others to explore. Why am I, Meat Loaf, still here in Nicaragua? I have legal commitments that don't expire until 2011. Other than this, I would bounce from this country and find something better. I've spent a total of four (4) months outside of Nicaragua in four (4) years.

P*ssy exists all over the world so to stay here for some "cheap" p*ssy is foolish. The definition of "cheap" is poor quality at a low price whereas "inexpensive" is quality at a low price. Everything in Nicaragua is "cheap:" Nicaragua is "cheap."

May the next Gringo produce better success, but I doubt they will last beyond the typical Gringo lifespan of 1 - 3 years and that is with many outside vacations for sanity and caballo.

I have submitted several reports to the USA forums in different states and try to support others with good information in their travels and quests. You'll find my reports outside LA (San Bernardino, etc.), El Paso, Northern Indiana, and Chicago-land. I always helped other people because I could.

I do not begrudge Jackson or this helpful website $20. But I have no way of giving the money right now without making a record of my identity. I would like to keep these activities very private. That's the same reason my forum name actually has no relevance to my life. Except I do regularly look for girls when I'm in Chicago.

If those reasons to offer help are not satisfactory; no worries. There was no harm in my asking.

Their internet service is superb.

Chontales is the beef producing state on the other side of Lake Nicaragua. In fact, you can take your boat from Granada to Chontales. It only take about 3 hours and you will be going against the current. The price of this trip alone in gasoline is US $50. You can purchase a private island in this area. (We think B.I.G. in Nicaragua.)

This state reminds me West Texas with the mountain ranges and brush.

The state is littered with rodeo stadiums.

These people aren´t Mexican Lovers like Boaca.

They have some hoes here, but there is nothing to do besides play cowboy.

The town has about 4 putarias, open at night, and I visited one. The owner had me working construction as she remodeled the bordelo. The employees began arriving and I saw nothing but slop. Good for most of you guys, but bad for Meat Loaf. I´m talking about big bellies from too many enchilladas and fried queso. These hoes, almost all of them, had chipped finger nail polish on their hands. If an unemployed prostitute can´t paint her nails, what do you think the p*ssy is going to look like / smell like / be infected with. Some of the putas had more tattoos than Tommy Lee from Motley Crew, and they were done with prison ink. All around bad.

Chontales has nothing, but considering I like agriculture it is tolerable.

The biggest problem with this city is that their internet service is horrible. You have read about Meat Loaf internet problems for several years that is with Meat Loaf residing in thee country´s capital and Granada, but here in Boaco it is worse. Yesterday, I spent two hours attempting to open-up email accounts, crm, and other web-based applications and the pages never loaded. In fact, the horrible service has forced me to delay my next destination.

Solution? Pay US $500 per month for satellite internet and hope that it works.

I like Boaco. It is a pretty town with 0% Gringos. In fact, the population wants to be Mexican. I know, LOL.

The town sits upon rolling hills and is knicknamed the city of two floors. It´s best to describe the structure as that of San Francisco, California. It is a very pretty scenery of green hills and houses spread throughout.

Entertainment wise there is nothing. The people are okay, but with no internet service how will you SURVIVE?

These people want to be Mexican. They listen to Mexican music, use Mexican vernacular, and listen to more obnoxious Mexican music. Having lived in Cd. Juarez, Monterrey, and D.F., that b*llshit music created and played by Mexicans will tire you. I´ve listened to that b*llshit for over 20 years and truly can´t take too much of it. With this being said, I found myself watching Banda Max all night on the television and remembering my years in the United Mexican States. At present, I maintain a corporate office in Monterrey and earned my Master´s Degree in Mexico.

For starters, I went to the two putarias located in town at high-noon. They had garbage. One girl was cute and chaparita with a nose ring, but real slow on the conversation. Instead, she liked to associate with the regulars. I asked if she was selling the wet muscle and she said no, but that she could telephone her female friends. I denied ´cause who knows how they look and this would be sure sign of financial exploitation. I drank a liter of Tona and overlooked the city.

I feel that Meat Loaf will thrive in Boaco. They aint seen nothing like this P.I.M.P.

The town is not that far from Managua, but of course, they will never go to Managua. Instead, one must rent a second home in this town and meet to campesinos.

I went to the bar next door and pulled-up a chair. The waitress looked good with her dark brown skin and lowrider jeans which perpetually showed 30% of her a*s crack. Her 34C titties were busting out of her shirt too. Her hair was nice and long, but maintained in a pirana. As time went on and she saw Meat Loaf befriend the cantina she began to warm-up to Meat Loaf.

Nicaraguans have no culture. They have no music; they have no food; they have no idea. Hence, they listen to music of yesteryear regardless of language. They love Vicente Fernandez and Antonio Aguilar. Garbage music.

At first, the waitress was playing nothing but Vicente Fernandez. I asked for pesetas for the rocanola. The barachos complained that she didn´t have any other music to play. I got tired of hearing that bullsh*t music and played a few songs.

Here in Boaco, it served as a memory to my time in Mexico. Rolling the streets of Cd. Juarez and the hundreds of narco-bars that it maintains; drinking Carta Blanca on the riverwalk in Monterrey; and socializing in D.F. were the memories I gained.

P.S. I saw two groups of Ladder Day Saints walking the streets attempting to corrupt the populace.

The songs I played to change the atmosphere were those boys from Corpus Christi, Texas,- Kumbia Kings-; Lupillo Rivera; Alicia Villareal; and el Chapo. The cantina of two tables, 8 chavos looked at me as if I were an alien, illegal or not.

I then got some more moneda for more music. By this time, the Tona was making me feel good and I was having warm memories of Mexico. I changed the game and played some hip-hop and merrengue. They started to complain. They stated that Boaco is a ranchera town. Although they didn´t want to hear any more Vicente Fernandez, they are Nicaraguan, and Nicaraguans only do what they know to do.

Of course, everyone thought I was from the Atlantic Coast. I dropped a bomb shell on them and pulled out my government issued identification stating Cuidad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico. Hay Huevo.

Comaraderie was maintained. I pacified the fellas´and played some Cornelia Reyna, Conjunto Primavera A Mi Tierra Chihuahua, and other nortenas. I even played some bullsh*t K-Paz. As each song played they exhailed gritasos. Que Naco ellos son.

Bored, I left, but only after I bought the cantina a bottle of Ron Plata for US $5. I told them this is how we do it in Mexico, but only wished I could have bought them some Buchannas o Chivas Regal. Meat Loaf, the Blaxican.

Next door, I saw some wh*res with gutts that make you, ISG Lurker, look skinny. They looked like some garbage and were all 3 - 4. We shared saludos and I left to eat some comida Nica.

All-in-all, Boaco is boring; has a pretty landscape; has some hoes; and is a want to be Mexico. All over town you hear people and cars playing Mexican music.
