Gang members showed up and security wouldn't let them in. Feeling disrespected, they left and came back with a couple more guys and some M-16's and shot the security guards and the cashier. The cashier was a quiet, hard working, nice as can be guy. He's now dead. Extremely sad! They closed for one day and I believe reopened today. Senseless.

Don't know if I would want to go there now. Maybe I'll stick to just the daytime visits to Fresh Kiss and Zou Spa.

I don't buy it. Kairos rejected gangs before without consequence. So I guess the intention of this it's about to control the street and the drug market.

The dead ones were great and respectful people, they helped me when I was in trouble with a drunk guy inside Kairos.

I am arriving in San Salvador on Wednesday evening at 10pm in late June on a flight from Panama City. I hear good things about Kairos but not sure if they are open late. The SS lists has some information on the club but nothing on their hours. Anyone have this information?

As a second option, I would go to Lips unless someone can offer a better suggestion. My departure date is Friday around noon so need to decide how to spend Thursday too. Thought about a beach visit but rainy season appears to have arrived. This is my second visit to ES but the last one was four years ago.
