Mainly Emilianos, and that seems normal as of the last few days. I will inquire more about this supposed new regulation, it doesn't appear to affect Emilianos at all.

I was told, by the bartender at Jorochos, the the new regulation is real and those bars caught violating it will be closed. I mentioned that I have seen many solo women in Emilianos lately, he say they are in violation of the law and sooner or later will be dealt with. He says the new government officials are serious about cleaning up centro, even if it means closing every single bar. So, I suppose, one day when you least expect it, Emilianos will either start complying or get shut down. But, so far, they operate as usual.

They instituted a new regulation yesterday. No un-accompanied women are allowed in bars in the "Centro Historico", which is the old downtown (border) area. I was told that by the bartender in Jorochos.

Emilianos was closed at 11:30 when I passed by there. I will pass there again tonight and see what's up with that. Downtown was very dead last night.

Yes I can. Hotel has no smoking policy 1000 pesos to violate it. I been to hotel many times and smoked no issues. This girl lit up a joint took a few hits and put it out. 30 minutes latter the hotel security was knocking on door. There was barely any smell and no way it leaked into the hall. It was planned out she tipped them off. When they came they questioned me I played dumb of course LOL but she told them yeah she smoking pot. They was like she said she said you must pay. They came back 30 minutes later asking if anyone smoking and if so I need to pay 1000 more pesos. But I held my ground that time. Hour later they came back said if I tip $10 usd I could smoke. So I was like fuck it I want to smoke my cigs so I paid that. Hour later they came back asking for another tip. I told them to get lost I was done with there game. They never came back.

I would say you weren't scammed, you were gamed. These girls know how to do that, and they know who will fall for it. You must pick up some real winners.

I too was in El Centro this weekend and my assessment of the environ, ratios, etc. Is pretty much the same. I can't compare it to boystown however because I've never set foot there. In fact I can't be past customs more than one hour before a certain chica messages saying her friend saw me in town. And that's not a bad thing. Although it suggests I overestimate my ability to operate in disguise.

Silver lining, for now, is that guys aren't getting ripped off on fichas. I like live music and did miss the band this weekend. For those who like live music Chabelas Cocteleria is an alternative I found myself at. It's on the google map. I did not pick up on overt p4 p presence there but I wasn't in hunt mode either.

Hotel was Colon Plaza. Which saddens me as that was my go to place. Really liked the up scale rooms and the incredible room service. Never bothered me about bringing girls there in fact was extremely accommodating to the fact. I known of others that use that hotel with no issues. But there are other nice hotels in Nuevo Laredo that I can try out and will now. They allowed the girls to party pretty hard with taxi service bringing them party favors at all hours of the night. And was more than happy to bring up more condoms when we run out. So it was a little unsettling that this occurred. The other girl had to dispose of her contraband as we had no idea who was banging on the door. Could of been the federalies for all we knew and that would not been good for anyone. But it was very obvious that it was a set up just by how it all played out and the girl was involved.

As for boys town the selection of girls has a wide range. But will cost you. Best way to avoid the drink price is to remove the girl from the establishment. That will set you back $60 per a girl. While you might find that fee high it a lot less than buying drinks there and room fee is 20 for hh to 60 for the night. Basically you just pay the room fee of 60 and leave with her. You will have choice of up around 20 girls between the 2 bars. With very little competition to none if you show up before the truckers do and even after they show up there not that many and ratio is still great. From there she yours for rest of the night to go and do what you please. Of Course she will have her own fee depending how long you want her for. I've talked girls down to 100 for the entire night but always give them 200 to 300 each anyways. Get them anything they want drinks food party favors and take them shopping for few little things. But all that is not needed. That just how I am.

A lot of us look toward these forums and threads to keep us informed and up to date on the latest information in the areas that we have an interest. It would do us a great service to know how you got scammed out if 1000 pesos involving working girls and security. Some of us could be at risk of the same thing happening. The info can be helpful to other in a big way!

Talked to a few girls that I wasnt realy inteinteresed in but I found the company was good. But was not intrested in anything beside a little banter and alot of sexual indowendos. There was maybe 1 or 2 ID of considered but it didn't look like the was working per say or even available. 10 guys if not more for every girl makes it difficult to pick and choose. Service seems poor for drinks as the wait was extremely long for drinks at every place that served. Seating was limited and crammned as the places seem way to small for the amount of occupants making moving around extremly difficult. Basicaly just find a seat and don't move untill you was ready to leave. I find boys town a much better option then the hit and miss of central and much more comfortable. Tho the cost is doublen but worth the conveyance of betters a selections. Tho I did get hussled with a new scam from a girl I've known for 6 months now and have spoiled. Took me for an extra 1000 pesos which is realy nothing but it involved hotel security and was elaborately thought out. I just wanted them to go away so I paid it. Since they interupted first of many session with 2 girls mid way. Paid for both for entire night. I don't think the other girl was involved but knew what was going on. I won't hold it against her but the other I won't mess with again. They was paid very well so she had no business trying to scam for extra mesly 1000 pesos that she had to split with the 2 or 3 security guards. . lesson learned ill watch out for that scam choose a new hotel and not mess with that particular girl.

I spoke with some employees of the Montera last night. They tell me that the Montera could be closed for another 3 months. Hard to imagine that, but that is what they told me.

On another note, for those interested, casino Juega Juega was permanently closed, they have removed all the machines from inside.

I spoke with a local sports bettor tonight. The casino is still open for sports bets only, no liquor or beer served, all machines, and tables, have been removed.
