Yes it is. This is a surface overview of what works for me personally.

1. ONLY chat / work on chicas who clearly WANT to chat with you now. (You want to F#%k today!) I recommend using 2 or more apps in combined effort to find MORE girls that are keen to chat with you NOW.

2. ONLY chat with chicas that are in your accessible vicinity now! (You want to f #%k today, not possibly next trip.) - Do not waste your time chatting up anyone outside of your physical area. She more than likely will be locked down with someone else who is already in her vicinity when its time for your next trip.

3. Make the app interview quick. Less than 5 minutes total before getting her outside contact. (Whatsapp etc.) Now you are more real to her AND she knows you like her because you asked to advance the relationship outside of the meat market (Cupid / tinder / badoo etc.) Now you can realistically work on you and her meeting up.
