But since you are the one who wants to know I will let you pick. It will not be a problem for me because I go grocery shopping in Santo Domingo este every week. NO FEAR! Tell me people, if someone is supporting a family of four on a monthly minimum wage of 12,872 DOP a month, can they actually spend 1200 DOP a week on groceries? That is 4800 DOP a month. And that would equate to 37% of their monthly income. No heavy lifting on that one, I did the math for you!

Unless you are making a direct comparison with what something would cost you in another country (hard goods) thinking about what a service should cost compared to another country is a useless exercise. You have to groom your girls. I am 65 like you and have a great time in the DR. When you fine girls you like break them in so you know what each likes. Ace (no Punta Cana location), Budget, and Avis have places to drop off in Gascue. I am renting but driving the other way. $70 fee to leave the car in Punta Cana, but Uber is showing $60. May just drop the car back at the airport in Santo Domingo and take the Uber. I will search out some drivers once I get on the gound Monday and see how much they will charge.

I finally decided to cancel my reservations at Barcelo. I decided to stay in Beach bungalows LOS Corales in playa LOS Corales, Bavaro from December 12 to 14. It is not all inclusive but no problem, I want to explore around. Next stop from December 14 to 17 I booked for 3 nights at an Airbnb in zona colonial, $30 per night, rated 4. 98 out of 5. 00. Next I am going to stay from December 17 to 20 in Emotions by Hodelpa All Inclusive in Juan Dolio, the cost is $199.00 for 3 nights.
