    Have there been delays in activating mailed subscription requests? During my last renewal, it took about two weeks. I sent my renewal letter over one month ago, and I still haven't received an update.

    I guess at this point, I should just assume that it got jacked.

    You need to send an screenshot of your transaction because another member sent the same TXID.
    I too have sent the transaction ID for BTC almost a week ago by the Contact us page, still my account is not activated. Any way we can mail the admin directly.

    Send again your TXID or HASH ID because we did not receive your email.

    No activation

    Paid my membership on the 30th, sent the transaction info that I could find but still no activation. Was a member last year and was able to get it activated before. I read bunch of faq's. Tried watching more bitcoin youtube video's to try to understand all this. Very frustrated.

    I sent it through the "Contact Us" link per the instructions on 4/12. Then I sent a follow-up yesterday on 4/14. Is there an actual email address I should send a message to?

    At the bottom of the page you have Contact Us, it works perfectly. Be sure you click sent because still we did not receive any email from you, or just write the TXID or HASH ID here and I will check it.

    Because you are sending a TXID that is not in our List of Payment received. You need to look carefully the TXID and Wallet Id you sent the bitcoin.
