Actually it's not. For ley, all places selling alcohol have to close before 3 am in Bogota. However, there are the so called "amaneceros" that continue after 3 am with closed doors, paying a bribe to police. It's true for regular bars as well as for brothels. As doors are closed, it's not that obvious to find these places that's why there are people waiting outside the clubs that close at 3 am to bring you there. These clubs give these guys a couple of pesos for each client they bring.
