Thats sad. But if you sign it it cannot be disputed. Others can easily be. But never use cards in other countries. Pay in cash. That too do not settle at the end. Pay per every drink. I had been to few clubs and they said I could just pay at the end which was a red flag and I left the club.

Your 100-200 dollars is not a lot of money for them. What they want is your card details. Imagine you are drunk and signed them not knowing exactly how much was the charge, then you lose 1000s of dollars. Not saying we are stupid, but things do happen when you are drunk in a club or when you get scared.

- Do not use credit cards.

The next morning I had further proof the hotel was in on this. I got my hotel bill, but the cash advance was on a separate sheet of paper. Convenient if submitting a company expense report.

Last month I was in DF and had the opportunity to partake. I was at a Roma Norte neighborhood hotel and took a hotel taxi to Sulivan street, which was close by. The hotel taxi charged 250MN flat rate for an hour. You can do Sulivan on foot, but taxi or car is better. The girls line up along the sidewalk for two blocks and you can drive slow along the sidewalk and get a good look, negotiate, and so forth. I estimate there were 30 girls out, and some were hot. Hmmm. I am finding on the internet that the age of consent in the DF is but 12, as it is in most Mexican states. It is 15 in the Estado de Mexico. Still, it is not legal under US law for an American citizen to have relations with a girl under 16, regardless of the age of consent in that other nation.
