I'm planning a visit to DR early November.

I had enjoyed my past visits to DR. I have seen both the south and north coasts. This had been my first trip back since the VID. Santo Domingo seems to be getting by, but I remember a more vibrant experience last time. Many vendors are out and the scammers are still in full force. I had a few dates setup.
