There is another way, you could by her the bus ticket online (http://e-travels.com.ua/en#) she could get the ticket at the bus station. If she insist you send the money not the ticket then you get your answer.

I have been to Kiev in 2013.

I usually try to meet normal girls in the cities I go (I had a relationship with a Latvian girl for 2 years, and with a Russian girl for a year in the past).

So I tried this in Kiev too! I met a part-time model, who really liked me, but didn't want to have sex from our first meeting. So it was all kissing and touching.

I know I am not an avid poster, although I have traveled quite a lot to Ukraine and had a GF there for a long time.

I don't know really about your conversation with this girl, she might be looking to have some fun away in Kiev and be with you. But also you have to keep in mind, the kind of salaries that sometimes some people get, when they have no skills and such. For instance I have seen on vk posts about job offers, 5000 uah a month. How much is that per day? So even 15 USD, is a good days salary for some people in Ukraine. But I hope she is for real, anyway she can get more than those 15 USD, not only in money but a good short vacation in Kiev. Good luck and you should absolutely get her to talk on skype.
