A monger wrote in a few months ago that the Mayor's directives to clean up AC meant that the bars had a limited life. Nothing could be further from the truth. Here are some observations from on the ground:

1. Freelancer Park has been demolished and all the vendors selling footwear and clothing have lost their livelihood. I don't know why they call it Freelancer Park as I've never seen any freelancers there. They've got some amusement rides there now.

2. The street urchins who would beg outside of the Kwik E Mart have all gone.

3. No plastic bags or plastic straws. When you buy bottles of water, they pack them now in flimsy paper bags. Within 2 seconds, the condensation has disintegrated the bag and you've got no way to get the water bottles back to your hotel. Nice one you environmental pricks.

4. Viagra salesman have gone.

5. The kids selling cigarettes on WS now have a cover over the tray, presumably to hide their merchandise from LE.

6. I bar hopped with my PL chick yesterday and the bars were totally boring. Went to Atlantis, XS and Xanadu. Hardly any mongers and you could've fallen asleep there as the shows were so pathetic.

7. Wechat in AC is full of LBs.

If you are coming to AC, line up your hookers on PL. In the Pampanga section, pretty much all the girls are hookers. There will be a few call centre girls or school teachers, but they too are up for action.

In the old days, the ABC hotel could take your there by chopper, but I'm not sure if they still do. In any case, they used a Robinson R22, which is no longer airworthy in a few countries.

The ABC discontinued its helicopter service quite a while ago, so that's no longer an option. I've indicated a few times on this board that I have the number of a very reliable driver who can pick up passengers anywhere in Manila and take them to AC. He's got a full-size car, and I'the be glad to provide his contact information to anyone who's interested.

I took a cab from Makati to Pasay's Victory Liner Terminal. Cab fare was 100 pesos, and took maybe 15 minutes in light traffic. Bus fare to Dau station was 163 pesos. From Dau station to AC cost me 150 pesos in a trike.

If you are flying around the Philippines, Clark also becomes an attractive option for the repeated hub and spoke flight you are forced into. You can only transit through Manila and Cebu so many times before welcoming a change.

South bound busses actually stop in Makati, behind the Dusit Hotel. Handy if you are staying in the immediate area, a hot and sweaty walk if you're not (just go all the way to Pasay then taxi to your final destination). If they allow getting on at this stop then you would want to know exactly when the bus is leaving. For the same reasons as above, it will be a very uncomfortable area to wait any length of time.

This has been written about and discussed to death on this board, but mongers are too lazy to RTFF. There are five ways to get to AC.

1. Fly straight into Clark.

2. Get a private car sent to pick you up (like from Margherita station).

3. Get a public taxi.

4. Get a hotel limo.

5. Get the bus.

Flying straight into Clark is the easiest and best option. That 3,200 metre runway built by Uncle Sam is just great. You will note that the runway width is 60 m to take the wing tip wheels of a B52 BUFF (big ugly fat fucker).

You can book a car online for about 3,000 pesos or negotiate with a cabbie off the street for that amount. I'm a big unit, so 2-3 hours in a Toyota compact car is not much fun, so I took the bus today. At least in a bus you can stretch out a bit and it's a lot more comfortable.

I've never been to AC in a hotel limo. I'm sure if you paid 12,000 ++ pesos, they would take you there in a shiny black 7 series or S Class.

After four hours on the Genesis bus got out in front of the mall. I first went to the taxi guy and he said it would be $350 p, I told him that was too much and he said that was the minimum he could charge. Then asked a trike driver and he said $150 p and I said fine. The trike has enough room for me and my suitcase. Get to the Central Park Tower and shower. I'm pretty tired with all the traveling but I said I'll go to at least one bar and if I find someone, I would barfne her, if not, get a good night sleep. I decided to go to Crystal Palace first only to find out it is closed. Plan be, go to Dollhouse, had a good girl the only other time I was here. Sit and got a drink but the talent was just average. If I wasn't so tired I probably would have taken someone, but tonight, headed back to the hotel for some well deserve sleep.

Day 2 Went to the mall to get lunch, then headed over to Ponytails. The one thing I remember about this bar is the airconditioning. It works great here. It's about 14:00 and the lineup is a little above average. By the time my eyes adjust I see a girl I liked to talk to. I was about to wave her over when another guy beats me to it. Timing is everything in our sport. No one else fancy me until they do the shift change. One girl who is very cute gets my attention. When she looks at me I smile and she smiles back but then looks elsewhere and does her bar dance. Next time I make eye contact, I wave at her, she waves back and does the same thing by continuing to dance. I was confused, not sure if she was sitting with someone when she wasn't dancing or maybe she was waiting for someone. No one else appealed to me so payed my bill and walked out. The last time I was here, Ponytails was the furthest I went on Perimeter Rd. So decided to walk and see what else is around. After a while I see a bar with about 4 guys sitting outside drinking beers. The bar name is Emotions. I figure if guys were drinking here, it must be decent. Inside the bar there is only one other customer and the lineup on the stage was average at best. I did see one cute girl in street clothes, okay might be some hidden gems for the next shift. Anyways, the one other customer had bar fined the cute girl. They left and I was the only customer inside. I decided to wait for the shift change and if nothing good came out of it, walk to another bar. After 15 minutes shift change. Again, just average, then as I was about to leave a cute girl gets on the stage. Not a stunner but would do. I call her down and buy a drink for her. We talk and I barfine her. This is where it gets good. The barfine is only $2100 p, While drinking with her, she did tell me she could only do short time but that was not a problem for me. Her name is Diana and I believe she said she was 19. Took a trike to the hotel for $100 p. And got my first shag in. The session wasn't the best but still fun. No BJ of any kind which isn't a big deal with me and only light kisses, a big deal for me. It seem like the younger they are, they are more reluctant to do BJ's. Day 3 Start the day at the mall for lunch again, then headed over to Scorebird for the Bikini contest. $500 p to enter and consumable plus you get beads included. First time doing this and it was fun but not sure I would do it again. It's funny though. The girls representing Ponytail looked good. Where were they yesterday? So after the contest headed back to the hotel to shower and barfine the girl I met at the bar next door to shipwreck. Her name is Rose Ann and was either 19 or 20. The barfine here was $3500 p. Before going back to the hotel, we went to the mall for dinner. I asked if she wanted to walk or trike. Trike for her. Last time I was here the girl didn't mind walking and was great in bed. This girl was almost a repeat of the girl from Emotions. No BJ, light kissing but was fun to be with.
