If I sense anything ain't right down-south, I do a minimum 2 gram one-shot dose of Azithromycin together along with 600 MG of Cefixime followed by a 7-day course of 100 MG Doxycycline twice / day. This will kill any Syphilis, Gonorrhea or Chlamydia you may get. Got to say that in AC, I rarely to never pick up anything. Of my travels to Thailand, Cambodia, Indonesia and Philippines, Indonesia is the place I have to be most careful. Only once, to my knowledge, I picked up Chlamydia in the Philippines.

This sort of inane self-medicating is why we now have super-bugs flourishing around the planet.

Taking this cocktail of drugs without knowing what is actually wrong with you and then boasting about it is crazy on so many levels.

I assume the same guys have been popping fake dick pills too in excessive quantities without knowing anything about the full range of impurities they have ingested.

When I read about guys dropping dead in AC and other places I often wonder if the generic "heart attack" wasn't attributable to these sort of treatment regimes. I guess we'll never know.

Better to stock up now. Most all drug stores require a prescription for it now. The only place recently I could buy it without a script was at Manson drugs.

Get 6 tabs of 500 MG. 2 tabs the first day and then one each for the next 4 days. I am not sure if 3 tabs will do the job. Just my opinion.

Without wishing to turn this into another safe sex thread (as happens on ISG periodically), I don't think you can assume that "province girls" are quarantined from diseases.

I should remind you that the Philippines has a very large population of seamen who can be assumed to have visited ports all over the world and are likely to return to their home provinces now and again and drop their seamen's semen here and there. JMHO because I know of at least one case in a northern province where a seafarer's wife has been seriously infected by her spouse.

Its a matter of percentages and risk reward. I am not advocating anyone to follow my experiences or practices as deemed safe. The new president has just taken office, so give him time. I have noticed that most in uniform are being very careful. At Manila airport discipline has been beefed up and new cameras installed. I suspect that law and order will quickly improve. Again, use common sense.
