According to me Delhi & Kolkata.

Yes I also agree with your points, but regarding the LE activity, both Delhi and Kolkata surprise you with raids sometimes. Specially in MP and spa, as well as high profile hotels. The availability of girls in Mumbai is also good. The worst place to monger will be Hyderabad and Chennai considering all the parameters quoted by him.

Which city is easy for mongering in India if any. My definition of easy mongering.

1. Girls.

2. Ease of access.

3. Not much of issue with LE.

4. Ability to see and select the girl.

I am not adding price and other details about girls as it is subjective.

Landed yesterday and visited 4 bali spas.

Spa near one of the theatres.

2. 5 at counter. Pretty thing with worthy massage skills. As offered HJ and ta for 3 k. Brought it down to 2 k. Worth a visit. Seems like a high end place. Can get lucky in repeated visits I guess.

Next spa pretty close to the previous one. 2.25 k at counter. A middle aged Bali women attended pretty good massage no extras offered.

L spa it's somewhat in outskirts in a calm area. 2 k at counter.

3 k for B2B and HJ and ta. Had a good time with a thing. Worth visiting. Seemed busy for the place.

Do you mean Jamshedpur? I had once gone to Mango area and on the way to sakchi, I forgot the name of the hotel, but it was good star for sure and below the hotel there was a spa, I don't exactly remember the spa name, kind of lotus something. I had got a decent experience.
