I made a complaint to management of BP because of my last visit with ANETA.

Management could not verify which party was speaking the thruth about the timing of the session and was unwilling to compensate.

Management mentioned that ANETA got fired from Best Privat. Probably there were other reasons unknown to me. But I think management of BP made a good decision there. If you don't give confirmation call, they won't believe you really be there. If other customer wants her, she would take him.
