Everyone has to determine their own risk tolerance. An old person who doesn't have long to live may not have any worries about HIV. Even a young person in good health who catches the disease will likely live a full life with todays best meds. Yes, interesting. For me it is at least a 60% or more success rate in getting a "Yes" response to "boom boom no condom, ok mai?" when I ask them directly, upfront and face to face in the bar, the club or on the street before I pay a barfine or take them.
