Went to Matamoros last pm, arrived around 11:30. Had'nt been to Club Eclipse in over 4 months. Parked on US side walked across and caught a cab near Garcias paid 80 + 20 pesos tip to Eclipse. I think I paid 60 or 70 pesos to get in, can't remember I was already buzzing. Lots of 8s and 9s. Girl's were hustling drinks. They are crazy expensive. 200-250 pesos. I was'nt that drunk. These girls remind me of princesses and I'm not sure about the prices or services. I knew this was my warm up spot and would be seeking action at Tch. Stayed for 3 Bud Lights and asked the mesero to try and call my cab. He remembered me from the last time and told me the girl I was looking for now works at Envidia. Well, he told me my cab would arrive in about 30 minutes. No cab showed up, but the weird thing is he told me that their driver would take me to Tch. I asked how much and he said gratis. Well I wasn't going to pass that up. When we arrived at Tch he also got me in for free. I was in a generous mood so I gave him 100 pesos.

I don't recommend anyone go to Tch unless you speak some spanish. It's kinda of in the middle of a neighborhood, not on any main street. Very much a locals bar. Meseros are normal pushy but nice. Lots of young girls all shapes and sizes. Hard to beat a cute young face. Had a bucket of mini beers saw my friend from the last time and lost count on how many drinks I bought her. I ended up staying til closing, about 4am. Got in a cab that was going to act as a bus. 3 or 4 girls in the back seat and the DJ. I asked if I could be dropped off last because I was a little drunk an I didn't want to take any chances crossing back into the US. I already spent 1 night in jail for trying to drive across in Hidalgo. That won't ever happen again. He must have drove for and hour. I swear these girls all lived at opposite ends on Matamoros.

No drama or problems with anyone except a girl at Eclipse called me culo for not buying her a 250 peso lady drink. LOL I think I'll go to Lipstick tonight. It's my 3 day weekend. Lifes to short.

If you want nice American hotel chain there is a Best Western and Holiday Inn very close to Club Eclipse. Just go to Club Eclipse website and use interactive map. I go to Club Envidia alot so I stay at Fontana Inn (400-450 pesos). Very very easy to drive to when you cross the boarder on US 77. I hate the transitos. Its at the corner of Moctezuma and Avenida Lauro Villar (mapquest etc). Take 2 immediate rights when you get to Lauro Villar. Envidia is about a 3 minute walk. I feel my car is safe there but I still use a club in addition to my alarm. You park next to your room and they have channel Venus. 2 1/2-3 out of 5 motel. I'll be out there either Thur. or Sat. or both. Be safe have fun. Don't forget to convert money.

Went to Matamoros after 7 days in Pattaya. The Thai girls were oh so hot with their tight bodies and petite frames. Already looking forward to going back in November. I went back to Matamoros because they know me there and I get GFE.

Checked in at Fontana hotel, had a few shots and went to Club Envidia looking for a friend I had met 2 trips ago. Started with a bucket of beer for 600 pesos. Mesero already knows me and who I was looking for. There were alot of nice looking girls and a few with nice racks.

My friend did show up and after buying her 2 drinks and 2 tequila shots I figured I might have her in a relaxed mood. I had'nt ever taken her upstairs before but after negotiating the details I thought I'd give it a go. Don't trust the girls yet. She treated me very well and I will definitly be going back. I was given the best GFE ever for a short time club. Tipped her 500 pesos on my own. I would never have received this treatment in Thailand because they don't know me as a regular. Left early because my other friend was waiting for me at some hole in the wall club in downtown Matamoros.

Picked up cab to take me back to the hotel and wait til I finished showering. Took me to the other club. Found her took her upstairs (thank god for levitra). Gave me excellent BBBJ and made plans to come back to my hotel. More hot sex that night and then a nice bang in the morning.

I love the quanity of hotties in Pattaya but I can't complain about the treatment I get in Mexico. Pattaya 25 hours away. Matamoros <1hr away.

Damn Brownsville cops and County cops are screening cars driving INTO Mexico. WTF. Got a ticket for expired inspection sticker.

Trip report for last Thurs/Friday. Had a three day weekend so I decided to go Matamoros on Thursday and Reynosa on Friday. I have a couple of regulars that treat me well or maybe try to find a new regular. Kinda like fishing, you never know what you might catch with money for bait. Made my usual reservation at La Fontana Inn because it is walking distance from both Club Envidia and Club Paradise. I have been stopped at the Hidalgo boarder and thrown into jail for pi and had my car impounded. So now I am very careful about crossing. I usually stay overnight or pay a cab driver to cross me back into the states. I have also been with a friend who was drunk driving in Mexico and had to pay off transit police before. I hate it when I'm not in control of the situation. Make sure like everyone says to convert your dollars into pesos it, helps alot especially with the propinas. Club Paradise is ok and a should see if in Reynosa but the girls seem to be pretty lazy unless they know you. The waiters take a very long time with change and I have had to on more than one occassion ask for it. Not a good situation if you are drunk because they can really take advantage of you. There were probably 20 girls there. I left after about an hour and half and walked over to Club Paradise. A girl I have met on several occasions was working and immediatly came over. She said she rememberd me from Club Koko. In Progresso. I did not remember her but she said I had taken her upstairs. I asked her if it was an especial and she said yes so I took her for her word. The girls at Club Paradise do hustle and there were a few 7s and 8s which could have been 9s or 10s after a few drinks. There were about 15 girls working. There were a couple of girls with nice racks but a little on the chunky side. Definitly doable though. Quite a varitey there. The waiters are friendly and bring change back alot quicker. Bought friend 1 or 2 copas and took her to the back for BBBJ. I invited her to my hotel not thinking she would take me up on it and she said ok unconvincingly. I was really tired and moderatly drunk so I walked back to my hotel and fell asleep. About 4am I hear a weak knock on the door, it was her. She treated me very well and she was either very enthusiastic or a good enough actress that I was worried about complaints from the room next door. Prices vary 600-1600 pesos depending on what you want and if they know or like you I imagine.

Went to Reynosa on Friday, stayed at Lipstick for most of the night. Tropicana and El Baston very poor quality and atmosphere. Stardust should open in 1 or 2 months and compete with Lipstick I hope. It was always one of my favorite places before. Lipstick has lots of hot young girls but I worry to much about the peso to performance ratio. One of my regulars who I hadn't seen in awhile was at another table with a group of about 3 guys. I thought this would be a great chance to meet somebody new. I rarely call a girl over unless I've seen how she treats customers. Well this girl with a hot body (not to thin) came over to sit with me. I told her I didn't like implants but she assured me they were real, she forced me to feel them and search for a scar. She knew all the different places implants can be inserted thru and had no scars that I could see. They were firm and felt very natural. If they weren't real her dr. Kicked butt on that surgery. Her only flaw was her front teeth had a gap. Her booty was big, but not j. Lo gigantic. Well I bought her a drink and after about 15 minutes my friend comes over with a pretty mad look on her face and sits at my table. I am totally uncomfortable and tell both of them that I probably am not going to the back tonight cause I was pretty tired. I bought them both one more drink and left knowing for sure I would have taken the girl with the hot body to the back. Had my regular cab driver cross me back into the states. Will have to go back for some unfinished business. I have still not had a chance to go to Laredo but looking forward to it. Saturday went to Whispers strip club in the states. Same ol same ol. At least the music is better. You get spoiled in Mexico.

i left corpus christi, tx. at 9:00 am in order to get a good head start on the border run mission. there were numerous police along the way, all of whom were looking for speeders and drug traffickers. i made it to the border without troubles.

once in brownsville, texas, i went to mcdonald’s just to get something to eat to fend off the alcohol i would soon consume. i finally found the place to park my car, and i was soon walking across the border into mexico.

as soon as i was in mexico, i was harassed by the "touts" who ask you if you need a doctor, dentist, or a woman. i replied "no gracias, yo se a donde voy", which means. no thanks, i know where i am going?

i walked probably 2 miles, saving 8 dollars, to get to my hotel. yes, i had a map of the city, or at least a map of where i wanted to go. after checking 3 hotels, i chose to stay in the hotel that was very near the market. the room was extremely small, as one may see in the photos, but it was nice and clean.

once i had checked into my hotel, had a shower, and dressed, i went to walk about the town. disregarding the warning from the hotel clerk, i walked up calle dies, where 2 women asked me if i wanted to have sex for $35 us. i actually spoke to them for a while, in order to get the spanish practice, but eventually i told them "maybe later". i would never engage in that. ok, so this is the first part of the story. i will write more later. if any of my writings offend any of you, please let me know and i will not copy you on them. oh! btw, while i was speaking to the "females", a mexican police officer just happened to be driving right by. i guess it is good that i kept my nose clean. je je je?

friday evening i had a date with a woman who lives in matamoros whom i met online. we were to meet at a café in downtown matamoros and then take a cab to this irish restaurant. i was unable to find the irish restaurant in the phone book even with the help of the hotel concierge so i asked the concierge to call her. ok, i had to make sure this place actually existed for my own personal safety. i took a cab to the café, which is called sanborn’s café, but i had trouble finding her. thank goodness i have an international plan on my cell phone. i called her twice, and even had a local help me speak with her, before i finally found her. she is a pretty woman but the pictures she sent to me via e-mail did not show what she really looked like. i guess internet dating is the same in mexico as it is in the usa. je je je. in any case we had a nice dinner together. we spoke to each other using a mix of spanish and english. she is a college student who is currently studying english. in fact her college professor actually gave her extra credit for our date! je je je? we are friends now and that is cool.

after i had a cab take her to her apartment i went to a liquor store. now this was indeed interesting. in mexico they have cute young women wearing those latin short-shorts dancing in front of the liquor store with loud music blaring away. ok, so i got some rum and headed back to my hotel room. while the hotel room was extremely small, as i have mentioned before, it did have an electronic room safe which i found to be very cool.

saturday morning i awakened and decided to skip the complimentary breakfast offered by the hotel. my main mission for today was to finish off my shopping and get headed back to corpus christi. i have to tell you that a tall white guy like me sticks out like a sore thumb in mexico, much like china. shop keepers that i spoke with almost all said they recognized me from when i was walking around friday afternoon. you’ll be happy to know that chinese made scooters are very popular in mexico. i wish i had documented the prices, but as i recall they were very inexpensive compared to what they sell for in the us. while shopping i purchased a set of onyx coasters, a bolo tie, a t-shirt, and of course a coffee mug. i’m collecting coffee mugs from every city i travel to in latin america. basically any non-us cities.

i checked out of my hotel room and headed for the border. crossing into mexico was a piece of cake. i just paid my 30 cents and in i went. crossing back into the us was a completely different ordeal. the line to cross was an hour long and then the us border patrol agent starts asking me a bunch of questions. sheesh! they let mexicans cross without any trouble at all. when they get to me, an obvious citizen, they decide to give me a bunch of grief. i finally crossed and headed back to the house.

Mongering In Matamoros:

Calle 10 and Club 160

At the intersection of Bravo and Calle 9 are 2 hotels; The Roma and a Best Western. The Best Western appears to be much nicer and has the restaurant/ bar that both hotels do share. The single room I got at Hotel Roma was very small as one may see in the photos. These hotels do NOT want guys bringing women to their rooms!

A gentleman running the leather shop across from Roma told me he could get me a girl if I trusted him. I asked him where from, and he said 1 block North, 1 block West, then 3 blocks North. I went to this location at 4 PM Friday after Thanksgiving. I did notice Club 160 Men’s Club and up the street I encountered 2 girls who wanted $35 US for fuckie fuckie. I spoke to them for a bit and as I turned away there was a cop driving right by us. Pat attention gentlemen. I would not recommend this as an area for mongering by any means. The hotel clerk told me that Club 160 was safe for me but that the area was not. I went to Club 160 from 9:00 to 10:00 PM and it was not great and the girls were chubby. I do not know if they were available for mongering but I would presume they are.

I returned to this area at 1:00 AM and walked around and saw zero activity.

Appaerntly they have cleaned up the whole Calle 10 scene. I never felt unsafe.

About 160 Men’s Club. It sucks. The girls enter the stage by sliding down a pole, doing a crappy stage dance, and then they all hang out amongst themselves in the corner. I would bet even money that if one found a gal they liked, she could be had by speaking to the mesero. Untested. .

Paradise Men’s Club:

The cab driver wanted $8 US to which I replied "800 pesos"? He agreed. That was a 20% discount by paying in pesos, gentlemen. REMEMBER THIS! Check the exchange rates.

This city of Matamoros is actually a very modern and a very nice and clean city. The people everywhere were so very friendly towards me. I speak basic Spanish and I am certain this played a role.

Upon arriving at Paradise Men’s Club, I payed the taxi driver, with tip, and I entered the club. Upon entering the man at the door physically started trying to turn me around. I was a bit confused until I realized he only wanted to pat me down and squeeze my pockets looking for weapons. After that the entire experience was awesome!

One mesero (waiter) sat me at a table. Once he learned I spoke at least basic Spanish he was like my best friend. He explained the whole deal at this club. He has been a mesero there for 11 years! OK, guys, here is the skinny:

100 peso dancer drinks

100 peso privadas or private dances (Which kick ass by the way! )

500 peso CBJ

1500 peso arriba or upstairs.

Yes, one may totally feel up the girls during your privadas! Awesome. 80% of the girls were SOLID 9’s and 10’s by any man’s standards. Nothing less than a 7 to be found anywhere! I highly recommend this place although the cab driver told me that Club Eclipse is only $1000 peso to go upstairs with one of the girls. I did not go upstairs on this trip. I most certainly will on my next trip to Matamoros.

Crossing The Border:

Bring change, gentlemen. You will need it for the toll crossings both directions.

I crossed at the Gateway crossing as opposed to the B&M crossing. I walked to my hotel. Under no circumstances should you cross to the North side of the train tracks. This is where the drugs, addicts, and gangs reside.

Shopping In Mercado Juarez:

Finding An ATM:

If you need an ATM there is a BanaMex very near the market just to the south on Calle 8, I think. Just ask for the BanaMex.

Matamoros Points of Interest:

Matamoros has some very nice cultural points of interest such as the Casamata and Mercado Juarez. I was able to shop in the market but ran out of time and too hung over to deal with seeing the Casamata historical museum.

Learn to speak some Spanish, don’t be the drunk American Asshole, and you will have the time of your life!

PS. Knives are allowed in the state of Tamaulipas but they are a huge problem in the state of Coahuila. I learned this from a shop keeper when I saw he was selling knives and I inquired about it; again in Spanish.

I will post a full report with photos after I have the time the put it all together. Here are some bullet points from my trip:

Calle Dies: At 4:00 PM there were 2 woman saying "fucky fucky". The cost was $35 US. The gal I spoke to was a 4, but she was with a "7", who did not speak to me even though I was speaking Spanish.

I returned to calle 10 at night to find ZERO putas. ZERO!

Main point for now is this:

Matamoros is a great clean city for tourist shopping. There is NO Boystown. Sex is totally available in this town but it is expensive, as you will read in my future report.

No, not nescessary, buy highly recommended, unless you enjoy dealing the CBP people, and they will deal with you w/o that, or other proof of citizenship, trust me.

Gentlemen,

I have business in S. Texas within the next month and am considering either Matamoros or Reynosa. Which is preferred? I would prefer to find gals that would come to my hotel room, but I also plan to visit BT.

I will need to know where to park on the US side as well as the best hotel on the MX side that will accept gals without issues.

Thanks for helping a newbie. Well, I am not a newbie, but it has been many years. I have read the forum enough to know how to avoid obvious BS. I have never been to Matamoros or Reynosa before, but I have been to NL and Piedras. Please give me the scoop.

I would greatly appreciate some well informed information.
