The management at both clubs found it hard to explain, saying that at this time of year they expect the influx of boozy tourists but it is not happening. What is really odd is the contrast in just a few months. I posted here earlier in the year that E92 had its largest occupation rate (girls renting rooms) ever. Apparently that hasn't changed much. There is only ONE room available now for any punter wanting to stay and that is a suite. This must mean all other rooms including 3 suites are occupied by girls. In which case where were they? All very odd indeed. I too have many memories and will of course never forget the original Melissa. Still the most stunning working girl I have ever seen. Happily married with kids now back in Romania.

Could it be that world economic troubles like inflation, faltering airline service, and recessionary pressures (among others) are taking hold? And Melissa! We both got some of that! It's not at all odd if you understand the industry. It's the "grass is always greener" or the "somewhere there's a goldmine" fallacy. The girls have made mistake your club owners have. Because in pre-Covid years the CDS drew in the big spenders, it would do so this year. So far everything's going as I predicted. The northerners aren't coming down here spending money due to their own economic problems. Inflation was an inevitable consequence of the money created during the Covid fiasco. So money's not being fed into the CDS's tourist / hospitality industry. The mainstay of the local economy. Clubs take a double hit. Fewer tourist Euros. More locals have moved to cheaper options. The moronic club managements have done it to themselves. Hiking prices long before there was any sign of a sustained recovery.

Be interesting to see what these 'secret plans' they have for post legislation are. As business managers they're about as incompetent as it's possible to get. You could write a good business management book based on them, entitled "What Not To Do". But then that's true of the entire sex industry. What you get when the majority of people in it have failed at everything else they've tried. Why they're in it.

Snapshot. We spent a pleasant yesterday afternoon at Cabopino. Andy's, where in previos years you'd be fortunate to get a table or sunbed, was half empty. Clientelé overwhelming families & retired couples. Of the working girls usually graze the venue there was one solitary blonde sadly nursing a drink for an hour. I too have many memories and will of course never forget the original Melissa. Still the most stunning working girl I have ever seen. Happily married with kids now back in Romania. But they are no better memories (indeed may not quite compare) with those in Germany, Dubai, Singapore, and Thailand. For reasons previously set out the German FKK model is better than anything else I've been to worldwide (and I've still not done Columbia or Brazil). Oh for sure there will be the bait and switch local escorts (more likely more bait and switch than ever) but I think it is clear that if the main clubs are starting to be empty in July, the future is away from Spain. I thought I'd be sad about this but in fact I'm not. I've sort of had my fill of the beer-swilling, football shirt dressed, egg and chips brigade. There are far nicer places in the World to enjoy this sport with better options and for better money. I'm probably 18 to 24 months behind The Cane on this but am getting the message. The clubs are going to remain open in other forms. But I suspect the prices will increase again to levels like the US without the quality.

Even though as you say, I cut bait a long time ago, I will indeed be very, very sad if it all comes to an end as we club lovers know it in Spain. It was one of my absolute favorite destinations in the world to go to for mongering and more. I've mongered all over that land from north to south to east to west and points in between. So, so many memories. Good memories! My god PFI I fucked so, so many hotties in Spain! Unforgettable sessions, including a couple of duplas (and of course anal)! Now, I know some will come on here and go on about we're being premature here. And maybe that's true. I felt way back when that I could see things going downhill. Prices getting too high and service too uneven. Then this threat comes along. You hope things will turn around and go your way. You hope and pray. But as of this writing, it's not sounding good. OK so didn't expect to be reporting on Scandalos the very next night after E92.

Arrived 11 pm. Left 1. 45 pm.

The club is NOT particularly busy and this was a Thursday night.

Ok for the first 40 minutes I didn't see the bar as I was talking to management about the upcoming laws. They have a totally different model to deploy than E92 but perhaps even more ingenious! It's amazing how the entrepreneurial mind works.

What was fascinating was that a senior local police officer was in the club and I shared a beer with him talking about all of this.

He says there is just no chance of the police cracking down on the large clubs so long as they do something to respect the law by masking it. Be that a hotel, dance club, massage joint, speed dating venue (or whatever, so long as they can lay claim to an "activity" which is not all sexual the word is that there will be little enforcement.

He did say that this won't be the case with villas and small brothels operated by "landlords" who will be scrutinised and prosecuted because the police consider the greatest exploitation to be the "stay here for free if you do me favours" type abuse. He says they have their eyes on 2 in Marbella, one outside of Fuengirola and another in Estepona but he gave no names.

None of this seemed to be of any assurance to the girls at all. They believe the end is in sight for Spain.

I spent my time with the stunning Melissa (Brazilian) though it was was tough turning down the very sexy slim Beya, equally sexy young Betty (red dress brunette) and the sole EE girl Julia (brunette). Back in E92 last night. Very quiet. Ina not back from Ro and might not be back for one month yet.

All the usual suspect other girls are there. Hence, it might be that Spain gets its wish and drives prostitution underground with a resulting huge hike in prices and dubious practices for the few who remain. As Mongerer88 correctly says. History shows (eg CBJ law in Germany in 2017) that making something illegal drives the price up. This opens opportunities for pimps, traffickers and others to exploit working girls. The general view was that given that there are bordering countries where sale of sex is legal the best thing to do will be just to move. Spain would fall of the map for any sex tourist. Many would say that will be a good thing. For the sex tourist it really doesn't matter where we need to travel to enjoy the sport. But obviously there would be no point coming to Spain for illegal sex if a trip along the coast to Vilamoura, or to Germany or Switzerland offer fully legalised punting with no risks.

Enforcement would very much be questionable. Not quite sure why E92 was so quiet in the height of summer. Will explore Scandalos in the coming month also and report on it.

Everything is getting more expensive and many of the girls have debts after not being able to work (much) during lockdowns etc. So prices have increased. If you go to the FKK threads you'll see similar debates regarding rates in Germany getting higher.

I'm not sure I agree that the quality in Scandalos is better. There are a lot of girls there who are very fat or have enormous bums. If that's your thing that's great. But they are huge! Yes there are several 9's, but as you say, there are some at E92 also.

All fair comments. I'm mid FKK trip and have had rooms for 150/ hour (and even 40 for 30 minutes!) with BBBJ. As you know, CIM 50 extra and your wonderfully described "cornhole" 100 more! I am no anal fan but temptation to ask a girl tonight for cornhole his just overwhelming. LOL!

E92 won't get to 300/ you. As reported previously, there are many there who will do standard 150/ hour with BBBJ if they get to know you. Ignore own drinks as you pay for you own in both countries. Ignore even girl drinks (I find in FKKs it's not easy to get them to partake as they don't get a commission on it and it makes them tired). Sharks - 150 with BBBJ from 80% of the girls but this example was any of the FKKs in Hamburg (Atmos / Harmony) or Bavaria, or Samya (see report this week), you would have to pay 20 more for BBBJ. It's 100 more for anal in FKK and 50 CIM. So now your entry, one hour, one room, BBBJ, CIM and anal just cost you a total of 365 euros and that assumes the BBBJ was not charged for. Same hour in Artemis 10 more. Sunshine 50 more (Munich). That's an expensive room! Ok you got a meal for free! Spain is a different model. No entry fees (most places or 10 e with ticket for a beer). Many places the girls won't do the extras (as you correctly stated). But E92 standard price 150/ hour. Scandalos 250 though 200 common. If you pay more then for cornhole and CIM (if they do either) it takes you back up to the sort of cash you spent in an hour in FKK.
