Yes, the wonder pill is readily available all over, but obviously don't go for the big brand name pharmacies in malls, go for the more 'mom and pop' looking small pharmacies anywhere along sukhumvit road. Ask for the usual suspects and when they say no, inquire about the Thai generic brand. They're very proud of it, and rightly so.
