Seems this Soapy is called Atami. I suspected you had the wrong spelling immediately as name was a bit quirky. There was once an Atami in Bangkok too.

Unfortunately the place was located in Suriyat 24 alley making it too difficult to find by chance. Asking the Thais where it was would probably not help since you did not have the name correct. When I get to Ubon, I might well try it.

It has been said before there should be some kind of massage parlour with fishbowl in the same building as Kosa, its a side door to the left of the entrance. I guess one could reach it even from inside the hotel. Never been there though.

I guess it is the door right behind the yellow flag in the picture. If you try it, please report about it here!!

Another brothel is situated next to Siam Commercial Bank at these coordinates: 16.430365, 102.837400. Its in the alley in the picture. I went in there once and saw a horrible toothless woman sitting eating som tam... Guess if I ran away quickly!!

You have heard? A good advice Simian read the archive. By going to Long Beach club you was only 1 o minutes walking from the KTV scene. Some are KTV, some are simply brothels at 400-500 the pop in the back (but is it really what you re looking for?

I've heard by farang (not by Thai) about Student looking for fast cash around Rajabat. But I never find them. And no local drivers seems to know about it.

A grandmother for 1,000 baht! Needless to say, I went for the brown skinned one.

The place has the look of being unloved. It probably was the top shelf kind of place in its time but now everything is worn out and tired. The room had the usual soapy kind of stuff but the water was not hot enough to do the BJ in the bath. That part was really bad. A cold shower especially around your gonads just before you are going to use them.

The sex was fine. She was really into it and came at least once but the condom she used was 2 sizes too small and I could not cum. So brought out my own and that worked fine. The lady had more mileage than your average 22 year old that she admitted to but was probably 20 and had a kid already but not too much baby damage.

I was dreading leaving the place and asked the papasan to order a taxi which arrived promptly. The meter was used and the total cost back to the hotel was less than a dollar fifty.

I am not saying that Upon Ratchathani is without its P4 P opportunities. I have heard stories about student freelancers, karaoke joints etc that are probably accessible to someone with a vehicle. But in other ways, I liked the city. People were very nice, streets were safe, plenty of coffee places and restaurants, hotels are really cheap. You can get a nice hotel for $20, $30 gets you a really nice one. But most of the good hotels require access to a car.

I'm pretty familiar with the scenes in Bangkok, Pattaya, Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai, Udon Thani, and even Nong Khai. And, all these places (except perhaps Nong Khai) are pretty well covered in the forums. Now I'm scheduled for three days in Khon Kaen. That will be my first visit and I haven't got a clue.

Since there is so little information available in this forum I'm reaching out to see if any of you might be so good as to offer me some advice about a comfortable, clean hotel within walking distance of a location where I might be able to find some action.

Agree, I intend to mention the cute girls I met in Udon tD&N. Most of the times I have nothing to complain about GFE even PSE when you visit the right venues.
