Inside it looks great from what I heard. Still unclear when the club will open.

Grefrath is in the Golden Triangle near the Dutch border and this is an article from Express from early July which talks about the controversy another one of these establishments is causing in the local community.

The address is Banhstrasse 90 in Grefrath.

Based on when this article was published, it should be opening anytime soon.

Das birgt einigen Zündstoff, der im Rathaus, unter Anliegern und in Kneipen für aufgeregte Diskussionen sorgt. In einer Riesenvilla an der Bahnstraße 90 wird derzeit ein Sex-Club eingerichtet.

Die Bürger sind elektrisiert, fürchten, so Anwohnerin Mechthild D. (33, Name geändert), „eine Störung des Gemeindelebens“. Flugblätter kursieren („Wir verlangen Aufklärung“), und eine noch anonyme „Bürgerinitiative“ ruft zu kritischen Fragen an den Bürgermeister auf. Alle wollen wissen: Gibt es in Grefrath bald Sex-Tourismus?

Bürgermeister Herbert Kättner wortkarg: „Zu Anträgen oder Genehmigungen sage ich nichts. Aber ich verfolge die Sache sehr aufmerksam.“ EXPRESS liegt ein Nutzungsänderungsantrag in einen „Barbetrieb mit gewerblicher Zimmervermietung“ für die Villa vor, der auch genehmigt sein soll. Dazu ein Amtsleiter: „Das stimmt.“ Hauptkommissar und Rotlicht-Experte Heinrich Minzel klärt auf: „Gewerbliche Zimmervermietung mit Bar ist ein bordellartiger Betrieb.“

Villa-Eigentümer Markus Sommer auf die Frage, wann der »Club« eröffnet wird: „Der stört da keinen, ist doch Gewerbegebiet. Über das Ganze möchte ich aber noch nicht sprechen. Mir fehlt eine Genehmigung, andere habe ich schon. Ich habe aber mit dem Geschäft nichts zu tun, alles ist vermietet. Die Eröffnung ist in vier bis sechs Wochen geplant.“

Sommer hat in Tönisvorst („Happy Garden“) und in Wildenrath („Parksauna“) ähnliche Etablissements verpachtet. Was Bürger und Kommunalpolitiker aller Parteien in Grefrath auf die Palme treibt: Es gab bislang keine Informationen aus dem Rathaus über die Nutzung der Villa als „Saunaclub“.

Ein SPD-Ratsmitglied: „So etwas muss normalerweise vom Rat oder Bauausschuss abgesegnet werden, wir fühlen uns verschaukelt.“

SPD-Fraktionschef Hans-Joachim Monhof und der Grünen-Fraktionschef Heinz-Josef Pennekamp wollen jetzt im Rat Aufschluss darüber erhalten, was von wem genehmigt wurde. Monhof und Pennekamp: „Wir haben bislang nur Gerüchte gehört.“

Redballoon's post on the RF describes visits to both where he declares that Blue Note was a flop and La Bedo was much better.

Those were the days when they hosted Pauschalpreisparties and had open, anything goes public sex.

Letzten Samstag wollte ich nach meinen recht mauen Erfahrungen im Living Room doch mal wieder ins Blue Note. Als ich so gegen 20.30 Uhr eintraf wahren 5 Frauen anwesend von denen ich nur Eva und Marina noch kannte.
Außer mir wahren noch 2 weitere Gäste anwesend. Es wahr also alles recht überschaubar. Leider verlief der weitere Abend oder besser die nächsten 1 1/2 Std. doch sehr enttäuschend. Marina wahr nur ganz kurz zu sehen (wahrscheinlich Appartment), Eva und eine mir unbekannte dunkelhharige saßen im Thekenbereich und wollten wohl lieber unter sich bleiben, eine weitere Schönheit (keine Ironie!!) gesellte sich zu einem Gast auf die große Liegefläche und wahr von nun an auch nicht mehr "erreichbar". Einige Zeit spä*** betrat ein Mädel mir kurzen, blonden Haaren den Clubraum und es kam so etwas wie Hoffnung auf. Aber leider nur kurz, denn nach einigen Minuten gesellte sie sich zusammen mir der "dunkelhaarigen" auch zu dem Gast auf die Liegefläche. Somit wahren jetzt 3 Mädels nicht mehr erreichbar . Marina wahr auch weit und breit noch nicht zu sehen. Als sich die Lage bis 22.00 Uhr nicht geändert hatte und auch ein weiterer Gast ziemlich frustriert dreinschaute entschied ich mich zum Aufbruch (schade um den Eintritt!!).

Ich beschloss noch im Labedo vorbeizuschauen, da ich hier auch seid Ewigkeiten nicht mehr gewesen bin. Hier wahr ich dann mehr als positiv überrascht.
Es wahren zwar nur 4 Mädels anwesend und nur ein weiterer Gast anwesend, aber irgendwie wahr die Stimmung doch locker und man ist schnell ins Gespräch gekommen. Eine Entscheidung fiel schwer, da alle Damen absolut meinem Beuteschema entsprachen. Den restlichen Abend habe ich dann mit Angelina verbracht (lange blonde Haare, toller Körper, ca. Ende 20/Anfang 30) und eine nette, intelligente Gesprächspartnerin. Die 90 Minuten auf dem Zimmer vergingen wie im Flug. Schöner GF6 . Eigentlich genau das was ich im BN und bei meinen letzten Besuchen im Living Room vermisst habe.
Da mich alle 4 Damen "gereizt" haben, werde ich das Labedo bestimmt wieder besuchen.

Schade, das das BN so ein Flop wahr, aber auch hier werde ich sicher wieder vorbeischauen. Vielleicht wahr es einfach der falsche Tag.

Fazit: It was a Saturday and after a visit to Living Room, he shows up at Blue Note at 8:30 in the evening. There were five women present of whom he recognized two: Ewa and Marina. He decides to go with Angelina (long blonde hair, mid 20s to early 30s, nice figure) who was a nice and intelligent partner for conversation. He spent 90 minutes of excellent sex with her. He will return to La Bedo because all of the women there met his standards.

He will return to Blue Note eventually. It may have been that he showed up on the wrong day.

Has anyone been to Morgenland in Ulm (tief in Bayern)?

FKK Morgenland, Ulm: Flop

Nachdem mich das FKK-Fieber gepackt hat und ich sowieso gerade in Ulm war: Ab ins Morgenland.

Eintritt: 60 Euro, umgezogen, in den Club:
Der erste Anblick war eine Bar in der Mitte des Hauptraumes. Dort standen/saßen einigen Frauen und Männer. Der Club ist aber nicht besonders groß (etwa wie Pascha in Schwenningen, s. mein vorheriger Bericht). Aber durchaus auch nett gemacht. Die Saunas sind übrigens gut, aber nicht mein Interesse.

Bin dann an die Bar gesessen und habe die Lage mal sondiert. Die anwesenden Frauen (ca. 8) waren alle nicht mein Geschmack. Auffallend war, dass sie alle Hängebrüste hatten oder Silikon (ist das Einstellungekriterium im Mola?). Alter zumeist 30+, bei einigen hätte ich nicht mal gefickt, wenn sie mich bezahlt hätten
Die Männer sind fast alle mit versteinerter Miene an der Bar gesessen und haben vor sich hingestarrt. Die Frauen waren auch eher mies gelaunt und sehr passiv. Hat mich bei der Optik aber nicht gestört

Hab dann gesehen, wie zwei aufs Zimmer sind (es geht eine Treppe hoch). Nach 15 Minuten waren sie zurück, kann also nur Abzocke gewesen sein.
Habe dann eine angesprochen, die sehr kleine Brüste hatte (trotzdem leicht hängend). Ein bisschen unterhalten, aber keine Sympathie. Zudem hat sie nach Kaffee+Nikotin gerochen (nein danke). Ein paar Russinnen nebenan haben sich gerade einen Kefir reingezogen. Soll ja auch nicht unbeding guten Atem machen.... (ist mir persönlich halt mal sehr wichtig)
So freundlich waren schon alle, aber insgesamt sehr kühle Atmosphäre und die Mächen wirkten unmotiviert. Also wieder ungefickt gegangen.

Habe in der Umkleide aber auch eine Unterhaltung gehört, wie ein Gehender einem Kommenden gesagt hat, dass heute schon wieder einige gute dabei waren. Naja, für meinen Geschmack aus Laufhaussicht vielleicht zutreffend, aber für einen FKK-Club zu wenig.

Kurzum: Da geh ich nie wieder hin , lieber wieder ins Pascha, Villingen Schwenningen. Gern probier ich auch mal das Haus in Fellbach wenn ich Zeit finde oder einen großen Frankfurter Club, wenn ich sehr viel Zeit finde.

There’s not much written about this improving FKK. Neunkirchen is in the south west, about 20 kms west of Saarbrücken and close to the border with France. I guess that about 40 % of the customers are French, and it is known among Luxembourgers too. The German customers are predominantly local from Saarland. Many of the girls and staff speak French, indeed some of the girls are French. English-speaking customers manage perfectly satisfactorily too. It has the same owners as FKK 214 Saarbrücken.

Entry: EUR 50

No food except on Thursdays (good buffet).
Good sauna and relaxation area, large Kino, small sun terrace at the back.

The club is in the industrial zone König. Once on the right street it is easy to locate. Enough parking in front and to the side. I do not think there are buses, but if you arrived by train, it must be a fairly short taxi ride from the station.

Everything is on one floor and easily negotiated. There is one lounge area with a small bar. Here the men sit on stools and the girls wait on the sofas around the wall. They do not approach, not even in the Kino. The Kino is spacious and comfortable. As in all FKKs some of the action takes place here. There are about seven rooms, including one large mirrored one. The place is kept very clean and the staff is friendly. There is a Finnish sauna, a steam sauna and a solarium. The relaxation area is comfortable and a no-go area for the girls, and often finds Toscana fast asleep between sessions, which he doesn’t manage in all FKKs.

Over the past three years the quality of the girls in the looks department has improved. The increase in customers through the lowering of prices about two years ago, and in particular the influx of the French have made it more interesting for the girls, so their numbers have increased too. A virtuous circle. Of course we are not talking big-time here. But whereas there were perhaps 4-8 girls typically three years ago, I would say it is now between 10 and 15 girls. Truly international now. Germans in the minority: French, EEurope, old Soviet block, ever more Brazilians and Thais, occasional blacks. Indeed I understand that there is often a waiting list, with girls ringing up and being told they cannot come. Of course, as in every FKK there is a fair turnover.

The quality of service is on average higher than in Frankfurt. The girls charge EUR 50 extra for CIM, and EUR 50-100 extra for anal. Many offer both services. Some girls will charge EUR 25 extra for fingering or COB, but this is not standard. Check first perhaps. I have known very few poor prividers, and where they do turn up they are out again very soon. The management rules very strictly on this, and this gives the regular girls little incentive to cut corners. Way it should be.

The first time I visited this club was for a little more than 2 years ago.

It's a quite nice club in a house that almost looks like a castle. You can browse to their web site to see the accurate pictures of the outside.

The facilities inside is good and clean. They have a sauna but no pool or whirlpool.
At that time, 2 years ago, the place was fantastic with lots of beautiful women. Most girls were topless, no one naked.

I had three sessions with three different girls. One of the girls, a blond German girl in her mid twenties, gave me a exceptional experience that I still think about sometimes.

Long foreplay, lots of small talk before, under and after the session. BBBJ on her knees while I was standing, all positions one can think of. Please note all this was more than two years ago so it is of no interest anymore. The reason I write this is just to show how down hill a nice club can go in just a few years.

My next visit was during Cebit in March this year. I visited at the first day of the Cebit at around 14.30. The entrance was raised to 80€ during Cebit.

I was informed the pricing in the club had changed so the 50€ for 30 min now includes BBBJ. This change in girls pricing was not done because of the Cebit, this was something the club did long before.

As I was about to undress and put my mobile in the locker I received an important email with some matters I needed to take care of so I just went for a shower and went upstairs to find a quick session before I had to leave. A lot of girls was to be found in the main room but not many men was there this early, the girls told me they expected the Cebit crowds to arrive later in the evening and I was immediately approached by several girls. They was not desperate, they all knew they would earn enough later in the evening. All girls I spoke too said they was just at the club temporary for the Cebit. This time most girls was naked.

I selected a nice German girl in her thirties for a quick session, quick because I was stressed. Before I left I looked into the sports cinema downstairs and that sight gave a little preview of what they was expecting later. In the cinema they had arranged something that looked like a lot of small fuck tents everywhere. However at this early daytime none of them was in use and I now had to leave the club.
We all know Cebit means a crazy week in Hannover and I think we should not judge a club based on Cebit. However if you go to Villa during Cebit and daytime let's say before 19.00 (7pm) you will have a lot of girls to choose from in a very nice environment that's for sure, but you probably will have trouble taking care of your business which probably is the main reason you are in Hannover during the Cebit.

My next (and probably last) visit was a few days ago on Sunday last week.
I know Sunday is not the best day to visit a FKK club but you are not going to believe what happened to me.

I arrived at around 16.45 and the parking area behind the club was full. A good sign I thought, the club is probably jumping. Anyway I parked on the street opposite of the club instead and went inside.

A friendly girl at the reception took my 60€ entrance fee and gave me my looker key. I showered and went upstairs to have a look at the main room and bar area. Well, you are not going to believe this. It was empty, completely empty. Not a single girl (or man) on the whole floor. I went downstairs again and asked at the reception what is going on. She told me everyone is outside eating. Oh, I now felt better and went outside. Yeah right, three girls was eating and approx the same number of men. Another man and woman laid in of the four lounge chairs they have outside. And it was all I could find until I found some more males in the cinema and in the sauna.

I told myself "Well it's probably too early, the time is only around 17.00". So I had some food which was really bad, pasta hard as stone. But speaking of food, FKK Villa has a nice detail I really like. Next to the food they have a automatic water station so you can serve yourself water. This is very nice in my opinion, not having to go to the bar for a glass of water. I don't think I have seen this before in any club I've visited. I relaxed in the small outdoor area and used the sauna. But I wasn't feeling very relaxed at all because the reason I did come to this club was to have sex and I really wanted to have one session before I could start to relax and enjoy the facilities.

However none of the girls I saw was my taste and also only two of them wanted to at least try to speak English. For me the girls at the reception and the bar girls was the most attractive ones in the club. I laid down in one of the coaches upstairs and tried to sleep but it wasn't working. I could see more men arriving throughout the night and I tried to ask a gentleman who seemed to be a regular if the place is always like this but he unfortunately couldn't speak English. At this club you absolutely have to speak German, this was not the case at all when I visited two years ago or during my short Cebit visit. At one time late in the evening I went downstairs because I was so extremely bored and right there a group of three guys just arrived and handed over 60€ each for entrance. I had to stop myself from shouting to them "Don't pay, here are no girls!". A part of me really wanted to but I didn't do it. I guess the security would have used a Luger to stop me forever if I had done it. No, of course I would never do something like that.

The time went on but no more girls. I was waiting, waiting and waiting...
At around 23.30 (11.30 pm) one of the two English speaking girls approached me for like the 6th time in the day. I was just about to turn her away once again but my little head told me "She is not so bad, she is quite good looking, take her to the room, you can't leave without having at least one session". If she really was good looking or it was me being desperate after waiting for more girls for 7 hours I don't know. She was from Hungary, around 22, dirty blond, not exactly thin but not fat either, pretty good and feminine shapes. She took me to one of the very nice mirror rooms, again it's very good lighting in this club. I really wish the good FKK clubs in Germany would have rooms like FKK Villa.

She asked if I wanted 30 min for 50€ or everything for 75€. I asked her what the difference was, what "everything" is, but she just said everything is everything. I'm always sceptical to girls who claim to offer everything for 25€ and I was sure I was going to be ripped off in this deserted place. I mean there must be a reason people don't visit the club anymore and all girls left it. So I didn't even ask her to specify what services would be included so I just told her 50€ 30 min. She accepted and started to my surprise a BBBJ. I was sure she would just do a CBJ, even though the club standard is now BBBJ, just to rip me off but she didn't. The session went on with CG, miss and Ï finished in doggy style.

After this she told me she should just leave the room a quick while and be back right away. When she left I knew this must be a setup, she will probably just lock herself in the bathroom just to try to make the time run up and make me pay 50 € more. But in fact she was back soon and we went downstairs and I handed her a 50€, she took it and gave me a hug and a nice smile.

I now felt a bit ashamed for being so suspicious against this girl, who of course can't be blamed for the club being empty.

I had a few more waters from the bar and after that decided to leave the place for good.

The lady at the entrance asked me if everything was OK. I told her "No, not many girls, too expensive with 60€ entrance if the club has no girls inside".

She told me "Well, it's a Sunday" in a way that seemed like I should have known not to visit this day if I wanted to have sex. I wasn't asking for a reduced entrance fee or similar either, it's up to the club if they want to see me again or not. Even if they have twice the number of girls a normal week day its still not enough. I wonder how this place looks on a Monday (which in my experience is a slower FKK day than Sunday). In fact I was so pissed off I felt I could not say anything more to the reception in reply to the Sunday argument without starting to make a scene so I just turned around and walked out the door without a word.

In the car back to my hotel I felt really cheated and ripped off. It's not just the 60€ entrance that pisses me off, more important I could have been sleeping at my hotel instead or doing something else better than staring into a wall in an empty club for so many hours.

In my opinion if a club is this empty it should be:

A.) closed that day OR
B.) reduced entrance OR
C.) inform customer before he pays.

I don't think I will visit FKK Villa again. If they had told me before I entered that it's a slow day and only four-five girls will be available I would have had the option not paying the entrance.

There hasn't been much about this place so here is some info.
I went there only because it's apparently the bast place in the Munich area. Well, I feel sorry for Munich if that's the case. Its just about equidistant (100 kilometers) from Palace and from Sakura. Schade eigentlich. He will drop by again to see if things have changed but he is unfortunately pessimistic.
