Unless you are being sarcastic. First of all, the Victoria Secret (VS) model is a "type" (tall, lanky, skinny, etc.) that some guys find more attractive than others. And within the group of VS models, I definitely do not consider them all equal. So right out of the starting gate, you fall flat. For you, it's true. And I bet you find a bunch of guys who agree. In my inner circle of friends, there is one guy who is so biased in your direction, that if we see a VS looking girl, we say something to him like, "Look Rob, there's your type. It might actually be the reverse, girls in Centro have been asking for more and more money over the past several months due to the onslaught of mongers that have been coming, and a lot guys here for the first time have been over paying the Chicas with the rationale that's it's so cheap, so what if they spend an extra 30,000 COP. And the smarter workers, primarily the Venezuelans have picked up on this.

A few of us made the point that if two mongers were dialed in with the same opinions on attractiveness that it could create an undesirable state if they mongered side by side. In fact, if you can find a monger with similar tastes and your 8 is his 8, then there could be some utility about discussing strategies, prices, locations, etc. Nuts and bolts stuff. So a numerical rating system could have some utility in those situations. But overall I still say it's too subjective to be useful.

Even if it is subjective, it is useful in most cases. I am not going to find a girl on 3 or 4 scale to be actually 7 or 8. A 7 may be 8 on somebody's scale, or 10 girl may be really be 8 on my scale, but it is still useful to screen whom I would want to see.

Wondering if it's better to go to la Isla and Fase dos during the week or if it's worth waiting for the weekend. I know in Bogot Santa Fe is much better on weekends. Where would you spend one weekend?

La Isla is much more comfortable, nicer. I would go to both for the first time. You can go to Fase Dos first, go to La Isla if you don't like it, or go to La Isla at different night.

Hotel Haven is chica friendly as are Energy Living apartments on Airbnb but they were expensive and I did not like them.

For apartments in Laureles San Peter apartments is a good choice. You can find them listed on Hotels.com and other booking sites. They are chica friendly and convenient, with banks, restaurants and a grocery store nearby.

For hotels, as per Osteoknot, Ayenda hotels are chica friendly and there are several in Laureles. Just search Google for Ayenda hotel Medellin and look at the map.

If you're more interested in Poblado Energy Living is a very popular place to rent apartments. It's fairly expensive, but it's well reviewed here. There are also some Chica friendly hotels. Haven Hotel, Hotel Du Park Royale and others are decent options, but you'll pay more.

I contacted them about making a reservation for late July.

It seems that they're raised their rates by an average of $14 per room. Looking at the photos it doesn't seem like they did any renovations since March 2020 when the exchange rate was nearly the same.

Did I read correctly even Fase Dos is asking close to 300 now? I think the number I read was 280. Now that seems out of the question for the level of girl my last visits.

I have had some truly beautiful women in my life and get it that there is usually a marked difference between their beauty and their performance.

Here in Medellin over the past 10 years I have encountered a handful of beautiful women, probably 3 that have stood out in 10 years and maybe close to a thousand encounters.

So using the new VS as a baseline the best most beautiful woman I have been with in the all of Colombia has been at best an 8 on the scale.

Typically I weekly have a few 5's, a few others who are 6 to 7's and seldom an 8 and never ever a 9 or above and this is in 10 years and a thousand encounters including the clubs, the mall, the FB chicas, the high end clubs and discos and everywhere else including the elite clubs / bars of high end Bogota bars.

As this VS photo shows that to be a 10 is a complete anomaly as you need height, above 5'-10" minimum, lean body / MBI, shapely legs and body with a perfectly symmetrical face. There are perhaps a few thousand women in the whole planet of 8 billion people who fall into this category. This is what is needed to be a 10.

Scrolled through 30 pages without anyone mentioning actual FB prices girls accepted, so I thought I'd ask directly. Last time I went in 2019, girls are usually 150 k and a few asked for 200 k which I never paid for. Are prices still pretty much the same or increased?

Something I learned is the price is what you are wiling to pay. Well, I thought we were discussing the physical beauty of girls. Your report narrows it down to facial features, which is very different. There may be more conformity on facial attrractiveness than on overall beauty, firstly bcos there are far fewer important variables. Even in Colombia, it is often thought that locals prefer much bigger units than many visitors do. In my home country, obesity is preferred in some cultures. Tall / short, skinny / fat / curvy / athletic, big / small attachments. Far more variety and subjectivity.

But what good is a girl with a real or fake big booty a guy likes if her face is ugly or so so? The face is an extremely important variable. And yes, as the study demonstrated there's plenty of conformity in judgements on facial attractiveness even across cultures, and across some pretty sophisticated measures, thus judgements on physical attractiveness in general aren't "entirely subjective" as you claimed. Read the study.

The Metro is fast, cheap and convenient. I would avoid it during morning and evening rush hour peak times. Recently took the Metro to San Javier and then the cable car to La Aurora past Comuna 13. It was a nice day and the views of the city were nice. Kind of spent the day on the local scene far away from Gringos. Nice chicas on the Metro. Exploring Medellin is fun. Met a few girls out and about.

The Metro is mostly an untold story of Medellin on this board IMO. World class. There are only a handful of metro systems that integrate overhead cable cars in the world, and Medellin is adding more. Your sixty cents ride up to San Javier could be a $25 tourist attraction in a lot of places. The real estate here is the inverse of the United States. The higher up the side of the mountain you go, the lower the rent. Steeper is Cheaper. My novia used to live in a Strata 2 casa that had a view of the valley that would have cost a million bucks anywhere in the USA and her rent was $103 USD per month.
