I recall reading many years ago the Geylang and OT had some "special dispensation" from the government for LE to turn a blind eye to the activities due to the "tourism benefits" that resulted.

Since then, the SWs of Geylang have been moved on, but attitudes to off-street activities appear to remain unchanged (even if the market has dropped off due to Covid). Singapore has become much more sophisticated in recent times, so perhaps it doesn't need to rely on p4 p as much. Finding suitable new premises might be a challenge?

Stuff like Seeking Arrangement is now bigger in Singapore. Better for the authorities maybe? Out of sight, out of mind.

Not so good for the day laborers who wanted the cheap and easy sex.

RIP OT. I wonder if another venue will become the new place to sample lots of goods in one contained environment.

In 2020 Beach Club in KL was closed and the mongering scene in KL has all but died other than massage shops. Is this being repeated in Singapore? Ok Geylang will still be there, but really cheap end of the market. Following recent reports that Brix is also soon to close, and now OT, either a new all singing and dancing location will host the many girls of Ipanema, Brix and the rest of OT or otherwise Singapore will quickly disappear from the P4 P map.

The news is finally confirmed that license will not renewed for any bar in OT.

This is not surprising as the building was sold. Some have said it was unspoken conditions of sale. I think that makes sense. Why have the theses bars at one of the prime retail locations in Singapore. Pravda and LV and OT together LOL.

Indeed, lots of fun. I recall a few hot and fun Chinese girls who regularly manned a couple of the 2nd floor cubicles, where everything was available, quick and relatively cheap. Or having a drink in one of the bars and chatting up the Vietnamese girls looking for outcall. And open pretty much every day from noon until past midnight.

No doubt the place became an embarrassment to city leaders, as everyone knew what went on there, but the safety concerns were pretty much non-existent. At least until some idiots killed a guy on the front steps over some altercation in the club. But for westerners, safety was not a concern at all.

Hi Expat, thanks for your detailed views. Were are these so called aunties found? I been to Sing only once way back 2017 and met two interesting masseuses from locanto in their private houses. Service was quite good. I ventured around Geylang too but was not comfortable roaming there with many locals awaiting services in strait lines in the popular houses. With regards to online services both locanto and the SBF have some interesting working ladies.

I guess some may try for a lot more but there are not enough stupid tourists here for them to stick to it. Just for reference online young Thai girls are being offered for $150 for 90 min, two shots including DFK, BBBJ and more. Also Geylang is open and for a short no frills fuck you can do it for SGD 60 with Thai and Viet girls. So put that in perspective when offering the Brix girls some obscene amount. And if you don't mind fucking an Aunty in a sleazy alley you can get a fuck for as little as SGD 30. The borders are open and demand is high so the flesh trade is back in full force.

Went out on Saturday night. Ipanema was a little sad with no band. There were enough girls and an equal amount of punters. I arrived around 10 and noticed the best looking girls were being taken out early. Narrowed down a couple of girls I would consider, but the urge to check out Brix was to great. Brix at 12 pm was very busy with a lot of guys. Still plenty of girls to choose from but it was very dark and hard to see, as well as being quite crowded with males. The band was good however. I took a girl who claimed to be Cambodian, but was of course from Vietnam for 550 overnight 4 shots. Brix is closed on Sundays and Mondays, so all the Brix girls apparently head to Ipanema on those days.

I can confirm I was likely there the same night, the Brix band is good, there is lots of males, not enough females, now its harder to get in the country so that doesn't help. Prices are up on pre pandemic, I was quoted 1000 by hot babes and 5-600 by less hot.

Ipanema was quieter, a few girls but nothing stood out, it was also closed Sunday night and No tea dance either, so only the club upstairs and slim pickings. First time in Singapore in a long time that I have not taken a girl, just nothing did it for me and couldn't justify the prices. Things change and move on so do we, and we get older too. Wiser!

In town for sometime, decide to go out partying. Went to OT and saw very few crowd there. Only 1 girls outside doing what they usually use to do.

So decided to head towards brix, same old procedure 35 bucks entry and you are in. Once inside saw a drastic change, last time when I came here, it was overflowing with girls and we get a lot of options to choose from. I remember I took a Venezuelan hotie with me one time for fun. But this time options are very limited and I feen that quality of the birds also degraded.

Asked a few girls, same old style. 500 bucks for short time so decided to move out but as I was moving out a small petite Thai caught my eye so just went to her. Normal chit chat and she asked if I can buy her and her friend a tequila. I agreed and things changed instantly, she immediately made me hug her and then slowly moved my had to grope her. She danced and every now and then touching the Jhonny boy. It was a fun night but nothing more than that.

She was drunk and was falling here and there after the shot. Left her there only as thought taking a drunk girl to room would be a bad idea so left from there.

I must say COVID had badly affected the scenes here, I thought that things would have gone normal by now but it is far from where it was earlier. Hopping that it gets better so that we can have fun just like old times.
