Called up today and the owner said there are two new ones and Prius is still there. I complained about the third floor she agreed and also said she had to cancel a bill after booking as the customer was annoyed with the rooms and went back. She further asked me to give my preference and she will find one. Has anyone tried out the new ones there?

If you are familiar with Kottawa Piliyandala road, its easy to give directions. Anyway you have to go to Kottawa Piliyandala road (255) and turn right at Sikurada Pola Junction. Then proceed 600 m straight, you will come to a fork on the road. Take the left road and proceed 1. 5 km and keep an eye towards to your right. Look for the Nagaha Road. Once you turn to that road, it's the white two story house as you take the first bend to your left.

Now it is easy with google maps if you use a smart phone. I followed WM's directions on the google map and the roads were easy to find. On the phone pin this place and find directions. It is simple.

It was a two story house and has attached washrooms for rooms. Surprisingly clean and has custom made wooden beds tilted to an angle.
