Phuket is not for mongers. It is just a tourist destination. Your choice should be BKK, Pattaya, angeles city and manila in Phi.

As for south of USA DR, CR are good destinations for newbies.

The A B C islands (well not Bonaire as much) and SXM are great for a long weekend. Aruba's my personal favorite. The DR is a lot of work as a rookie to get acclimated as the culture is really right out of a movie and some Spanish is essential to really succeed but once you know your way its good as well but still always some work. In the end though, IMHO, nothing beats SE Asia.

I believe Thailand is much better than Indonesia, especially if you are white (girls available everywhere in Thailand and sex is more open). However, if you want better beaches and more things to do, I would recommend Phuket (there is a good balance of girls and sight-seeing). Pattaya barely has a beach and it is quite pathetic, however purely for the girls it is a better place.

Unfortunately, this attitude of the bars and the bargirls towards Indians is brought on by the droves of noveau riche visitors from India. It doesn't help that a some business people bring a bunch of "carriers" to help carry goods back to India. Most of them have never been out of the country and are just rude, loud and obnoxious. You should take a flight from BKK to CCU and you will know what I am talking about.

I applaud you for trying to change the image, but until the majority of the tourist make an effort to change, you will see this continue. This is more prevalent in Thailand than in other SE Asian countries is because they haven't seen the influx of Indian tourist.

Sat at one of the Lucky Star bars most of last week and mentioned to my wingman how many Indian guys I saw that were getting turned down by SW's who were looking for company on WS. I thought it was that they were low-balling the girls for the best price. When I asked the Thai hostess, she said the majority of Thai girls will not go with an Indian guy. I was surprised because there were far more Indians on WS than I noted from my visit last year. You won't see many Indian guys in go-go bars, not sure if they're not allowed, or if its just not their thing.

You can buy a lot of clothes of good quality and very reasonable to low prices in Thailand provided you are of reasonable height and size.

If you are a tall and big Afro American or a heavy Caucasian guy you can forget it. At least for the brand name cloths. Thais are of smaller size. Eg their XXL is like Medium in the USA or Large in Europe. On the other hand if you fit in their sizes you can find good bargains especially during their sales. Start from the brand non imported names because you get better value and quality for your money.

I'm a husky build; 48" chest and 36" waist. I just returned from Pattaya and bought many shirts and shorts at Mike's Plaza that fit me perfectly. Knock off Nike's, Billabong shorts, all good.

The racism you mention is different. Yes, it's more difficult for coloured guys to find regular non-pro's in Indo, they do have a thing for white guys, but that is more preference than racism (there is no bad feeling).

In a place like Bali, when you enter a club, yes the hotter ones prefer to go with the white guys, but that's the girl's preference, you can score but you have to flash / offer more cash than the white guys for the same girl, they prefer the cash to the white guys, trust me.

Can you tell me one club in Bali which has stopped you (or any other colored guy) from entering, it is totally unheard of, your money is as good as theirs (BTW if you didn't know this, all the Indonesian single girls entering most clubs in Bali have to pay an entrance fee of 50, 000 rp, which the tourists do not). Regarding the X houses in Sanur, their clientele is mainly Indonesian, and they protect many of the young ones from bules (whether black or white) , they prefer to keep their better looking ones for regular Indonesian clients, I have heard this from a white guy who had a similar experience as yours.

The same applies to a certain extent in Batam, when a foreigner (white or black) walks into a massage place to make a selection (for LT) , many places do not bring out the younger, hotter looking girls, they keep them hiding inside, as they want to give these girls to their regular Singaporean- Chinese clients. Also, in places like Sanur or Batam, language has a lot to do with it, very few girls know English and they are more comfortable going with a client who knows Bahasa.

You are exactly right. It was more preference than racism. And with me being a Cheap Charlie you know I was not going to spend money like some of the other guys were doing. No club in Bali stopped me from going in. As a matter of fact they didn't even have people at the door. Hell, most of them didn't have a door because they were pretty much open air. I was in Batam a couple of years ago and I didn't even have a prayer then. The pimp gave us a price but later reneged because the girls didn't want to fuck me and my wingmen. In Singapore the girls wanted to fuck us but the papasans didn't want us stretching their girls out of shape. LOL There I ended up getting a SW for 35SD and running to the room before the pimp could come change it to the 100SD foreigner price.

I am trying to decide where to go in February where the weather is nice and plentiful of available women. I never been in Asia but have been in Sosua, DR, which I enjoyed very much. On my list is Sosua again, Pattay sounds interesting or any other Asian destination such as other parts of Thailand, Philippines, and after Adrenalinrush's comments, Indonesia comes on the list. Will check those threads as well.

What do you guys think is a good first destination in Asia for 2 weeks stay where there is beach or combination of city / beach with very good mongering scene? I look for GFE and reasonable prices. I typically do 3 to 5 STs of couple hours each per day. Is BKK / Pattaya that good first destination?

ST prices for girls at go-go's is 1500 and barfine is still 600 (found same rate everywhere I went). I'm not too sure about beer bars, but I believe ST is 1000 and barfine is 300.

Regarding your Asia trip, I havn't been to Philippines, so cannot comment. For a first time visitor in Asia, I believe Thailand is much better than Indonesia, especially if you are white (girls available everywhere in Thailand and sex is more open). However, if you want better beaches and more things to do, I would recommend Phuket (there is a good balance of girls and sight-seeing). You can go through old reports on Phuket thread. And good thing is the place is big, if you prefer the loud nightlife and more women, stay at Patong, if you prefer a more quiet place, with better, cleaner beaches, stay at Karon / Kata. Place is quite scenic and beauitiful, get a bike and ride around the island, you will enjoy it. There are also a whole list of activities to do. Pattaya barely has a beach and it is quite pathetic, however purely for the girls it is a better place. I have found Koh Samui to be the most beautiful place I have visited in Thailand (with the best beaches) , but the girls there are limited (some beer bars near Lamai beach area).

It all depends where you want to put your focus: beach life or mongering opportunities?

Bangkok is definitely out: there is no beach life there.

Pattaya comes close to your ideal, I think. No shortage of SW for ST in all price ranges. The beach in Pattaya is very lively, somewhat too lively for my taste, but you can always jump in a baht-bus and drive to Jomtien where the beach is much quieter and cleaner.

Adrenalinrush, thanks for all of the great posts from your trip. There is much more to do in Pattaya than Phuket or Koh Samui. I think someone posted a list last week of all the things to do here. As far as no racism in Indonesia I would have to disagree. I am a black guy and I was in Bali at the end of July. The 4 days I was there I only saw 1 other black guy. My chances with regular girls closely approached nil. They were not blatant about it, but I could tell. Also when I went to the X house there was a girl I wanted to fuck but the papasan told me that girl was Balinese and he would only allow me to fuck the Javanese women. And you should have seen the initial look on the face of the girl who I had chosen. But when she realized how cool I was she was much more relaxed and even wanted to come with me for the entire night.

I found Pattaya too much in your face, may plan a trip to Thailand but to Phuket or Koh Samui where there are more things to do besides mongering, that too in the low season (when it is high season in Indonesia). Seriously though, there is no cheap Sunblock, it is all imported, so it's a good idea to bring your favorite brand from home.

They do however have an enormous amount of baby powders, foot powders, face powders and ball sack powders. So this is best purchased once inside Thailand and also then you can get the XXXXL size that is usually very cheap compared to the smaller sizes. Powder ON!

Just completed a 10-day visit to Pattaya, have reported each day in fair amount of detail in previous posts, so will only state general observations and summarize my trip. Also, where applicable, I will draw comparisons with Indonesia (where I have more often mongered) , comparing Thailand to S. America or Caribbean would not be right (I just feel the chicas there are much hotter and better looking and provide better GFE). I am only making my personal observations, some may disagree depending on their past experiences, and they have full right to do so.

The girls : Although large number of girls are available (girl to customer ratio is extremely favorable) , I have noticed very few stunners in the go-go bars or beer bars. Maybe the hottest ones are looked after by expats or regular Japs or other tourists (noticed the stunners in various places always had company). Quality of girls at go-go's is definitely not as good as you can see in the higher end malls of Bangkok or Pattaya or at the airport at times. I am quite selective, at the go-go's, maybe I was finding 7-8 hot girls out of 100, in Indonesia, although the number of girls available is far less, I believe the percentage of better looking girls is higher (maybe 7-8 out of 40). I preferred the go-go's as I believe they are cleaner places (girls are checked regularly) , you can find some gems in beer bars, but you have to look much harder. Also, almost all girls put heavy make up to look better and hide their age, there have been so many instances where a girl has looked superhot from only 10 feet, but when I took a closer look, she looked quite bad really, poor light in some places doesn't help either. So always take a close look before deciding, sometimes the girls dancing are not close enough, in that case, if you fancy a girl but are not too sure, wait for her to finish her dance and sit down, then get up and take a good close look while going to the toilet. Also, the girls sitting with other customers always look hotter, when the same girl is on her own, she doesn't look that hot (normal human behaviour / psychology) I spent the night with a girl on 8 out of 10 nights. 2 were repeats. Overall attitude and service from the girls was good, however I noticed the 7's and 8's give a far better GFE, the stunner 9's have attitude as they know they are in demand, also if they are in their early twenties (instead of 18 or 19) , their services will be better. Thai girls generally are smaller breasted, so if you are looking for bigger breasts, you may have to look hard, even if you do find one with big breasts, chances are that she's fat or her face isn't that nice (just my personal observation). Indonesian and Indian women are in general much more bustier.

Go-go bars : Tried almost all of them, you have to go early to get the best girls (before 10 pm). The ones I found with the better looking girls were Baccara, What's Up, Tiger, Airport. My favourite hang-out place was Sweethearts go-go as they played my kind of music and had very friendly owner and waitresses.

Rates : I paid 2000 LT, except for the last night, where I paid 2500 (most girls will agree to this, some stunners may insist on 3000). Bar-fine is 600 in most places. 1000 at the better ones, some places barfine is 1000 till midnight then becomes 600 (in the Moon Club, barfine is 2000 till midnight, then becomes 1000). These are all go-go rates. Beer bar rates are 1500 to 2000 LT for girl and 300 barfine, although I never picked up from beer bars.

Freelancers : Many of them around, especially on beach road, they will make eye contact, some may even call out to you, however it is quite difficult to find the gems. Better looking freelancers are at the discotheques at night, I could see some cute ones, although few may not be available, as they are just a group of friends having a nice time, but no harm asking.

Weather : I was extremely lucky that it drizzled only twice for short periods when I was there (in 10 days). The day I left, and the subsequent day (yesterday) , its seems there was heavy downpour and some places were not accessible.

Soapies : Only went once to Sabai Room in North Pattaya and service was only average, cost 1800 for 1. 5 hrs (massage, soapy and one pop). Unlike 4 years ago, when I noticed some hot young girls there (even got their numbers and went out in their days off) , this time the ladies were much older and less attractive, checked out Sabailand too.

Racism : Like I've written in my posts, I was barred from entering 4 clubs (Alcatraz, Fahreneit, Happy go-go and Beach club) , despite offering to pay for 2 drinks upfront, on one occasion I even had a girl with me who I had barfined earlier, coloured folks please don't try these clubs, it will frustrate and upset you and can have a psychological affect and ruin your holiday, you can still enjoy at 90-95% of places. At Baccara, first time the guy observed if I bought a drink, after seeing me buy my drink and a lady a drink, he didn't bother me on the other occasions I went. It is sad but a fact of life. I have seen so many white guys in the last 10 days enter go-go's, take a round inside, check out all the girls and leave without buying a drink and some even misbehaving inside, I guess the percentage of Indians and Arabs doing this is more, and we coloured guys have to suffer due to the behaviour of few. These clubs don't want to check your passport, nationality, accent or behaviour, if you are not white, you will be told it's a members club and asked to leave, that too not politely. Having said that, I never found this racist attitude with any of the ladies I went out with, if you treat them well, they will reciprocate.

Food : Tried the seafood at King's and Nang Nual on WS, very good food, but expensive. Also had the seafood at the large seafood restaurant in the Arab zone, almost as good, but half the price. Most of the time ate a donner kebab outside my hotel (good value at 50 bahts) or a subway.

Hotel : Was staying at the LK Metropole in central Pattaya, wanted to stay at the newer LK Renaissance, but it was full during that time. Will post a detailed review in the LK Metropole thread.

Next visit : Will stick to Indonesia for the time being, since I know average Bahasa, which helps finding regular girls (I'm sure guys who know Thai feel the same way in Thailand). Also find Indonesian women slightly hotter (at least percentage wise). Some advise : If your trip is over a week, space out / plan your trip or you will burn out early with the sex and alcohol, it does takes its toll. 4-5 days in Pattaya is enough, beyond that will tire you, I was feeling drained during my last 2 days. When I monger in Indonesia, I bonk different women for 4-5 days, then go to Bali or Lombok for other activities (scuba, surfing, etc) and to relax for a week (with a girl if I really have found a nice one) , then back to Jakarta or Batam for another 4-5 days of bonking different women, then go home, that works perfectly for me.

I believe I have done my part and hope I've not missed anything useful, will report on my next holiday to Indonesia in January. Guys, thanks for your support and the invaluable info you have provided in earlier posts.
