This used to be much easier to do few years back when they had escort companies and Help disco but today most escort sites are of independent escorts but you could look at Hotside or Barra VIP's and have some conversations with the girls and see if they have friends for a party or just order several of them to come over at the same time (not easy).

You can also go to Mab's as others have said here and if you don't find what you are looking for go over a few blocks to Dolce Vita as I have always found nice girls there coming in and out all night long. Get a table and sit down and order some drinks, when you see a nice girl go by invite her to sit down. When you have enough girls sitting at your table then it's time to leave. You can do it the cheap way, like I saw the Vasco football team did in Vila Mimosa a couple of years ago aftyer they won an important game. Two players arrived in a bus at VM. The guys picked all the beautiful girls and headed away somewhere.
A freebie of mine, that was chosen, told me later that all the girls had to work very hard.

If you want to do it the lazy way, choose some Mab's girls, Copa SWs or Copa termas girls.

We've had success organizing festinhas at our Copa apartment with 4 x4 girls. We usually find one or two fun girls who are game and let them help us round out the line-up. It helps to do this at the end of the night when the girls can jump in ubers / cabs together and head straight to Copa after work. It helps to suggest they can stay over if they're tired later. Some girls will drop off in-transit. Invite six girls, maybe four show up. Just make sure you find an alpha female who is good at organizing the other girls.

We like fun 4 x4 girls. It's actually not as hard as it sounds. Friday nights are a good night because 4x4 is closed Saturday.

I've been enjoying heading out to Rua Uruguaiana to dance at the boates with the garotas. It's been fun exploring, had some great experiences, a lot cheaper than the termas although some of them are quite trashy indeed. Best I've found so far is New Club located at 81 RUA the QUITANDA 81. This is just a suggestion. Go back to the December posts the last few years for Rio and SP. Members would have likely been discussing what was going on the week after Christmas. It will give you an idea how active the scene is that week.

Can anyone write up the current massagem / office brothel (in Sao Paulo would be prive) pricing situation? They were my goto places 3 years ago. The names of the establishments / websites changed all the time so you are at the mercy of an updated list of addresses. Some of my favorite places were in Rio Branco, 156 and Rio Branco, 185.

There was a cluster of places near the Tijuca Metro Station. Anne Massagem, Mix Massagem, Ju Panteras & Massagem Tijuca (all were about 80 R for 40 mins; 110-120 R an hour back in 2014).
