I can understand how Cebu would be difficult for a first time visitor. It was for me too.

I'm somewhat shy have little game and am not Brad Pit but have learned to do well visiting Cebu City over the years.

Bars can be hit or miss and somewhat expensive. On two occasions I've had bar girls stay with me for a week or more just to have a vacation from the bar. Both times the Filipina single mother wanted a BF always be honest with them. They may want to "Change your mind" expect to be very busy. Do you know that hotel bell staff have their own girls that they can recommend or taxi drivers are good source also. I have tried these when I was in Cebu last April. East Paris by SM parking entrance have nice girls too.

It is unlikely you will be attacked by brothers etc. Only thing you need to be afraid of is the police if she says she is raped. Generally when in foreign country do not fight back whatever the situation. Diffuse the misunderstanding and move on. If it is money pay more. I always negotiate beforehand with new girls. Also make it clear beforehand it is strictly for fun situation and not long term BF or relationship situation.
