I finally found a gym here in Puerto Princesa. It is not a very good gym by anyone's standards, but if you are a hardcore gym nut like me, what little equipment they do have can be put to use to get a moderate pump.

It's located in the City Coliseum on the 3rd floor. Take a towel because they don't have any, and wet naps to wipe down the machines before you use them unless you want to use the shared rag laying on the floor. I'll look for a better gym while I'm here and post more later.

KTV, hehe, I am a nube in the KTV world but regarding your KTV tactics this was pretty much what happened to me and my drinking buddy in Beijing approx 1 year ago. Bare in mind I was at the time completely shit faced so after beeing to some clubs we ended up in a KTV not far from the Lufthansa building (I remember that one). Well inside there were no customers only some girlie staffs and some brutal big bouncers. I remember I thought I had ended up in prison as the girls wore black and white striped dresses and could easily been inmates. We were escorted to a room and a manager came and took our orders. The girls did not make a move just sitting by themself not even making convos. Instead of sittting alone in the room with my buddy I wanted some girls and told the manager to arrange a line up. All the girls, 10 or so, lined up and we picked two who joined us in the booth. Did not check prices or anything (we were drunk), ordered some btl of whiskey and vodka and the girls started to sing.

In a toilet break I saw the rest of the girls just sitting without anything to do looking like they want to kill themself out of boredom. After some interaction (mildly sexual I state, touching, DFK) in the booth the manager came and asked if it was ok with us the rest of the girls came inside. The more the merrier I thought so why not thinking this was just so the girls did interact and so they could have a bit of fun. It was fun by all means atleast until we had to split arranging the two first ones to join us back to our humble hotel. I was surprised when the check arrived as they wanted 16 k people money. I called the manager to our room just to verify the price telling him in an ironic way I thought he did forget to add something to our bill and statement like "I thought we had to pay for the rest of the girls too" was fired along. Manager told me we did have to pay for all the girls and that wad ofcourse allready added into the bill. He proudly said that the fingerfood and snacks was left out of the bill as it was on the house. Thank you so much. My initial thought accepting the girls into our booth was only as in a social welfare program. I was mildly thinking to make scene complaining but chose based on the size of the bouncers present, who at this stage of the night was surprisingly close to us, to just calm it down, pay, get the girls dressed and leave. Probably a clever choice. My biggest worries was anyway I was drunk and out of vitamins (usualy I use kamagra as a safety precaution) so I thought I might get trouble performing later on.

We hit VICS before wrapping it up in our hotel. I woke up on the bathroom floor in the afternoon and no girl was to be seen. If I fucked her or not I have no idea and if she upon leaving helped herself with some "taximoney" from my jeanspocket I have no idea. But I still had some peoples money left so why not take all if you first have access to it all.

Well, that's because you are way to early. No one shows up at those places until at least 9 pm. Try Phoenix near the entrance to the airport and next to the Hotel. Again, you are too early but the best place in PP.

And I recommend that you forget about finding a gym.

Thanks Tomasb! People keep telling me there are gyms here, but I haven't found one yet. But you are right about going out early. Equss open at 7 PM but the girls don't show up until 8 PM. And no customers show up until after 10 PM. The early bird does not get the worm in Puerto Princesa.

I stand by my advice posted earlier that Puerto Princessa is a strictly BYO girl place. Many visits there over the last 10 years informed my opinion. I was surprised to hear a former supposed Puerto visitor refer to 'expat bars'. Sorry you were misled.

If you are happy with Filipinas close to your own age whatever it is, I am sure any remote province in the Phils can be fertile ground, but PP has zero Bar culture.

Good luck on your quest for a Gym. Your only realistic hope is a spartan boxing gym. If some new style modern gym would be in the Robinsons Mall area heading north to Roxas. That is the growth area of the city.

You are right about there being no bar scene here, but the internet sub-culture is ripe for the picking. I have a girl coming over tonight, compliments of social media. I have a few others on the hook but I will take my time and reel them in slowly. There are definitely some women here willing to play. They are just not in the bars, so use all resources available.

My intentions was all humoristic, glad you aknowledge Hit DIA, Filipino Cupid, Pinalove, We Chat, Badoo etc and I hope you will be fine. I have fucked a few birds from Palawan but they were Makati based when the nailing happened. So I guess they also fuck in Palawan (never been there myself though). Keep us up to date how atleast your networking is playing along.

Just a quick update on Equss. It is located on Rizal Ave not far from the airport. The girls are not there to dance. It is a KTV so the owner allows them to sit around all night and play with their phones. Occasionally, a few of them would grab the mic and sing a few songs of karaoke. The bad thing about this is you cannot really checkout all of the girls well because they are spread-out all over the KTV bar and light is limited inside.

The twenty or so girls were not aggressive and allowed customers to come and go without even having talked to them. On three occasions customers came in, ordered drinks, showed obvious interest, but were ignored. Kind of like I was most of the night. If you are looking for fast-paced excitement, Equss is not the bar for you unless you want to grab the mic and sing along with the girls.

Around midnight I decided to wave a girl over to my table. Jack Daniels told me that if I was going to get anywhere with these girls, I would have to be the aggressive one. If, indeed that is your location, allow me to note that the KTV's in PP suck and generally empty of clients and attractive girls. Phoenix, the night I visited, was virtually empty except for me and about 15 girls. Since they do a model show when someone shows up, this mitigates the boredom, if and when you choose a girl to buy a LD. After a discussion, prepare to pay a high BF plus your tip / fee for the girl. Since this a Monday, I would expect things to be quite dead almost anywhere but at least you should find some talent at Phoenix. The girls live on the top floor of the building and are not allowed out after their shift, but during the day, something could potentially be arranged by the discrete punter.

Improvise. Buy a rope and do some car pulling, hang ups, push ups and sit ups. Buy hermetics 40 kg of tuna, 20 kg in 2 shopping bags and you have freeweights for biceps, triceps and breasts. And don't forget interval training in combination with pumping a small pinays pussy (I recomend 3 min pumping, 2 min rest (she can blow you or you can DATY), 6/7 repeats (while pumping in mish you can also incl push ups ofcourse). Abdomino, back and stamina is taken care off. No need for a gym.
