I think that a big attraction to Sharks is the less strict rules. Like being able to show up to work any time they feel like it. However Sharks turnover always seemed high, due to competition and so tough for new girls to do well. Even pretty girls can be not busy. The best reputation longer term girls can be busy though.

My approach is to largely take girls I know very well and can trust, or to study girls for a very long time before pulling the trigger. Random selection is getting rather dangerous as you point out. I have been known to pull the trigger almost immediately for stunning girls (but its a gamble).

I was still not paying for extras except for CIM occasionally, however I usually take the hour. So upsell is easier to avoid for regulars or long session customers.
