I have been to Timisoara (and Arad) a number of times, but I agree with others, it is not easy in western Romania but nevertheless:

I am in Timisoara at the moment. In the last 2 weeks I checked in Hotel Continental / Timisoara the Bars for WG but with no success. Also I checked Discotheque Heaven.

Do you have any advice for Bars or Discotheque or streets in Timisoara? What is the best time to check for WG?

Was in Timisoara for business in February for 3 days.

I used Publi24. Ro and the matrimonial section for all contacts.

Make sure to call up and ask if they speak English. If they didn't I dropped it. Also not everyone comes to hotels so make sure to clarify that.

I stayed in Hotel Timisoara several times. Last time in October 2015. The hotel does no longer allow any working girls to gather in the lobby and / or the smoker room.

You may still be able to get a girl to your room though from outside.
