The final straw was when this guy asked permission to share my emails with other individuals for whatever reason and I told him to do so would mean war. He then forwarded my emails to other individuals on this board with the forwarding address still intact. He is back to doing such childish things and now claiming he has issues with me. The only issue is why he can't keep me out of his mouth and thoughts, sad shit. Now he wants to run to his forum where he has delete authority and can control the conversation but everyone saw that game months ago and never post there. Even though he is a sorry individual I would never post someone's email publicly. That he would do that should tell you everything you need to know about this individual. Besides anyone who has their own blog and only replies to themselves in that blog, is a seriously fucked up individual. It's so much shit I can say bad about him but I've moved on and now hopefully he is someone else problem.

18. Security upped at Las Americas after robbery in parking area.

Assailants robbed four persons, including two recent arrivals and the two persons that had gone to pick them up, at Las Americas International Airport. The robbery took place in the parking area. The victims were identified as Tirso Mota, Alberto Peralta, Elena Miguelina Castillo and Nicole Perez. The robbery took place at around 4 pm on Saturday, 29 April 2018. The assailants travelled in a white Toyota Corolla. The authorities have the details of the vehicle. The victims turned in their belongings. The assailants then sped out of the airport, breaking the security barrier.

Aerodom announced the reinforcing of security at the airport with motorized units of the Police now patrolling the parking area. As reported, the assailants had driven around the parking area for around half an hour to identify their would be victims. The parking area is monitored by private security. The case is investigated by the Criminal Investigations Central Division of the Police (Dicrim).

While most of the USA Freezes in February, Puerto Rico is 80 degrees. The island is home to one of the world's best beaches, according to TripAdvisor.

And it's a buyer's market right now. You can get a 3-bedroom home near the beach for under $100,000.

Hedge fund billionaire John Paulson has been scooping up real estate there. He predicts it will be the "next Miami."

So what's the catch? For sale signs are everywhere in Puerto Rico. People are fleeing the island because it's been in a prolonged economic crisis. The situation is reminiscent of what Detroit was like when it filed for bankruptcy in 2013.

"So many houses are empty here," says Joaquin Garcia de la Noceda, a locksmith in San Juan, the island's capital.

Joaquin listed his 96-year-old mother's home in San Juan for $100,000. Hardly anyone looks at it even though it's in San Juan and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The home is one of many bargains in Puerto Rico. It was appraised at $215,000 not long ago, and his mom paid $177,000 for it in 2009.

Few want to buy with the island in crisis mode. More than 1 in 10 people can't find jobs and the government is deep in debt. Since Puerto Ricans are USA Citizens, many are simply packing up and moving to Florida, Texas and other states.

The island has lost over 10% of its population -- roughly 440,000 people -- in the past decade. The exodus appears to be accelerating since the island defaulted for the first time ever in August.

"People are literally leaving their homes empty with the keys in the house," says retiree Maria Milagros Rodriquez. They let the bank deal with it.

I like that its a domestic flight being my bags fly free and no international fee. Plus from Central Florida there are six daily non stop flights to San Juan compared to one to the Dominican Republic. The US system is a bonus for me because I don't have to deal with third world hustlers who change the rules and use dirty tricks to rip you off. English is more prevalent there.

Actually property values are coming down there now and prospectors are rolling in. Actually it is a fire sale going on now. Who wants to fly for a day to Hawaii (which is very expensive to visit), when you can hop to San Juan in two hours for 250 usd. Crime is my only concern with San Juan.

I'm sitting in Santo Domingo on el Conde and the brothers have moved the spot from Romas cafe to duo and next door to it and we are chatting. Big discussion going on about a place in the Caribbean that has future potential. Even today Markell talked about it on his YouTube channel. At first I couldn't believe we were talking about this spot with the recent problems the country has experienced. But the more I thought about it and listened to the guys debating the pros and cons, it made me think more about the possibilities.

Apparently as people are fleeing Puerto Rico others are seeing opportunities. Real estate deals, good airport, English spoken, American based system. Crime would be my main concern.

The infrastructure is bad right now, so it can only improve. I'm not high on the idea right now but if I keep hearing about the possibilities maybe I might take a visit in the future.

My main Cuban girl from Santiago de Cuba hit me up and said she was going to Havana and could I meet her there. Shit, as fine as she is I can at least make the 55 minute flight if she could manage a 12 hour bus ride. Booked my ticket, booked my casa and studied a few pornstars to update my technique. Hit "La Cabana" restaurant and had shrimp and chicken breasts with a tomato sauce and walked back to la rampa. Went home took a nap and went out at 8 pm for my meet with Anna at 9 pm.

Got there early so posted up on the malecon and 23. Saw this short young fine thing on the sidewalk sitting using the internet. Sat a few feet away ready to pounce when she looked at me and smiled. I looked around thinking this must be a set up. I walked to her and introduced myself, she introduced herself (Ingrid) and asked if I needed a companion? I asked her for her age and she said something I didn't like, so I said thanks but no thanks and walked to meet Anna. I would run into Ingrid three more times this trip and she always give me that sweet smile but I would keep moving. Went to meet Anna, we had some drinks and got a cab for 5 CUC to 23 y12 from La Rampa. As we were crossing the street I see Ingrid walking the sidewalk with an older Cuban guy holding hands.

I had split a 20 MG of cialis before I took a nap earlier so I was good to go at the house with Anna. The next morning we caught the 222 bus to vieja Havana to hit my money exchange spot and guess who was at the bus stop? Ingrid. Short and pretty as ever. We get on a cramped bus and she again gives me that sweet smile so I smile back. I fantasize about what I could maybe do to her in a year.

Me and Anna would spend our days eating in Havana Viejo and fucking before a nap and at night. We spent our nights at Sofias till La Grunge opened to party at night. There is this new black bartender with long hair at Sofias that I couldn't stop sneaking a peak at. Well on her night off she was in la grunge alone. Damn if I was single I would have had her. Also it was this pretty Asian girl with another fat girl posted up outside of Sofias watching the band like they were scared to go in. I heard them talking English so I knew they were American. I looked at the Asian girl and smiled. Two things in life drive me crazy: 1) a cute clean chocolate girl. 2) An innocent sweet Asian girl. Me and Anna go to la grunge and get a table in the back. About 15 minutes later the Asian girl walks by us and up the dark stairs. She gets to the top, turns around and comes down. She then walk over to a guy next to us and asks him something and he points to the left at the bathrooms. FUCK! That was my chance. I'm replaying what just happened in my head as I try to salvage this situation. Okay, I'm going to find the Asian girl, tell her I owe her an apology for not realizing she was lost. Introduce myself and see if I can make a date for the day after Anna leaves. I tell Anna I'm going to get some drinks from the bar and look over the whole crowd for the Asian girl but no luck.

Incidentally Anna extended her trip until the day I was to leave, later that night, must be some kind of female intuition. I In closing Anna served up the sex porn style whenever I wanted and it was good to see her but I can't help but fantasize about the black bar tender at Sofias and Miss Asia. When we travel we remember most the ones who got away.

I just returned today from Cuba, where there is basically no internet and I received three hits on what's up laughing at a guy who has his own blog but can't be man enough to take criticism on it (Why even have a blog? I want to let folks know I never have and never will delete a response in this blog. Its an open forum for discussion not a dictatorship.

This is a guy who has failed at everything in life and continues to fail. Lets see: he started the worse blog ever created where he responds to his own posts, he deletes posts he doesn't like, and he tries to no avail to drag others blogs over to his to try to create conversation. He initially claimed to be a photographer but all of his pictures were out of focus. He started a sugar daddy blog but now claims to be a street guy getting 1000 pesos girls LOL. He lived in SD for two years but never had been to Boca chica or Sosua until recently when he had someone hold his hand and take him there. He posts about other peoples stories told to him and not his own he has no problem lying to satisfy his own ego. He is just as old as me and Old Kool but has no respect, maybe because he is failing then and now instead of learning lifes lessons. Deleteing Old kools response when he took the time to respond (when no one else would) was a classless act but you can't always hide behind a delete button because we know what you stand for and have figured you out. So if you want to continue to be the laughing stock of ISG and keep fooling yourself, we will gladly assist you. For the record, I disagree frequently with Old Kool as well as MR E and GM but we are man enough to move past it and continue respectfully on this board. That's something you won't never understand or be a part of. Yes, we are the critics but its easy to criticize someone who always fails but doesn't understand it.

I think you are confusing girls who trick at resorts with girls who work at resorts and don't trick there. Girls you fuck at the resorts are going for 100 plus. The Casa is higher in JD than BC because the demands are higher. If you are at an exclusive resort and your Johnson is hard. Paying $100 for relief it's all a part of the budget. Your mind is not on what the locals pay or what's the average going rate. I would pass on resort chicas. Now that you are local you're going to have to leave those type of chicas alone. You are not on vacation with vacation money.

I knew it would be a matter of time before you hit the bars, start scoping the landscape, and break the people in. Too bad you only have a few weeks left there. Where is the next move? Do you extend for another month.

I met this Dominican guy and girl that speak English while drinking one night in Juan Dolio. Cool as shit people, the guy sells weed and the girl keeps asking me to take her to dinner, I declined both. So cool in fact that I went to their apartment and while the dude smoked weed I walked right into the girls bedroom and watched her change as they were getting dressed to go out. It's just hard to trust Dominicans that speak English and I'm still waiting on their hustle, but it never came. Nice people.

The guy said sometimes a couple Dominican girls will come to the resort for a couple days and trick on the side for 100 USD. Once he figures it out he helps facilitate business with male guests for a cut.

That is only if you are staying at the resort and picked them up from there. I remember picking up a Punta Cana resort worker when she was waiting on the bus. I took her home and fucked her and gave her 500 pesos.

Now that's what I'm talking about. I will start my 700 to 1000 peso rotation pulling from San Pedro. I will let the Chica snow that I'm not looking for a Novia I'm just into variety.
