Banana Boi, you have never been to Patpong ever or just this trip? I assume you mean this trip. The BTS and MRT both get you there easily. The problem is getting back to the Sukhumvit area since the BTS and MRT shut down at about midnight. I would be interested in your take on Patpong.

Billboard is the best go go in Nana.

I agree. It's still nowhere near as good as it was in the early 2000's when it was called Hollywood. The lesbian show they had there back then was absolutely awesome! I asked for a whiskey cola and the Pakistani guy tells the waitress he's not thirsty and doesn't want a drink. She tells him he has to order a drink to stay in there. He says "why? My friend here has a drink and I am with him. ". The waitress again tells him he needs to buy a drink and he refuses. I tell the guy that he's taking up a seat that a paying customer could be sitting in. If the place let everyone in for free, they wouldn't make any money and would have to close, he's sitting there watching naked girls, the least he can do is buy a drink for 150 baht. But he refused. At that point, I bought a drink for the cheap ass. And never went out with him again.

You are correct. I assumed Plan 77 accurately reported the Garden was now closed. The Garden has few fans here but I am one of them. I've had some excellent sessions from girls out of there over the years including my last trip. I know the quantity and quality of girls there is getting worse and worse but I'm hopeful there is a renovation and the crowds start coming back. Doubtful I know but I am hoping.

Lot's of this stuff was sold at the roadside stalls on Sukhumvit Road, before the Police closed them and put concrtete blocks and plants in their place to keep them away. I'm not sure where they have gone now (or perhaps they are back already).

Anyhow, this stuff was all cheap Chinese knock-offs of the originals and I wouldn't advise anyone to put these stuff inside anyone. Who knows what ugly chemicals they might release inside you?

Take the BTS from Nana or Asok Station to Sala Daeng Station, easy to reach Patpong. If you want come back after midnight just take taxi, there should not be too much traffic at night.

Yes, and if you are already at Asok and Sukhumvit Rd. (Terminal 21), you might as well just take the MRT Subway to the Silom Station, which is where the MRT Subway intersects with the BTS Skytrain at its Sala Daeng Station. The advantage in taking the MRT Subway from Asok (MRT Sukhumvit Station) is you don't have to transfer from one train line to another train line in order to get to the Patpong area as you do with the BTS Skytrain at the Siam Station.

But, as you pointed out with the BTS Skytrain, the MRT Subway also shuts down at Midnight. Well, actually, you can often still catch the last BTS and MRT trains passing through this area as late as 12:15 AM. Bear in mind the "last" trains going in each direction depart from the line's furthest departure points at Midnight and this area is mostly in the middle of the various routes. So it is often possible to still see and board trains stopping and then passing through the Nana/Asok/Sukhumvit Stations a bit after Midnight.

In Angel Witchbar, bar fine is 700, short time is around 2500.

In Nana Plaza, all bar women can be bar-fined.
