First time in Ukraine. My main regret is visiting here sooner during its heyday. Quick diatribe: To guys who boast about how they can afford to overpay because they can. This is the litmus test. Would you pay double for a Happy Meal at a McDonald's? If not, then stop your BS. Bottomline is that you're a dumbass who's cheap in real life but a total SIMP when it comes to girls. Your type are all over the place and fuck it up for all the monger bros.

Now to my report. And also a caveat that I try to understand the market price and stick to it. Granted, I'm not a bargain hunter that go for the cheapest either. Normally, I agree with most your posts, this one probably not. Kiev has declined dramatically, other destinations not even close to what is happening in Ukraine. Top end talent is leaving, as soon as they can get the hell out of there, this includes the business world.

Just arrived back in USA after 16 months in Kyiv. Had to pay 5300 UAH fine (paid with debit card) for overstaying 90 day tourist visa, but no other penalty. I can return after 90 days, though my plan is to return next June.
