Yes, governments can and do block sites from your personal computer that are sexually oriented. As examples, Indonesia blocks access to ISG; not to mention porn video streaming sites from your PC. Thailand also blocks porn sites and at times, I cannot access ISG when my wifi is engaged. However, I use t / mobile for my phone line and US phone number and I can access ISG and other sex oriented sites as it does not arrive via the Internet.

I had that problem in certain computer stores in Argentina.

A Lima resident and one time member of ISG told me several days ago that he was told that it is no longer possible to access ISG website when in Peru, including Lima.

This is due to the blowback regarding David 33's arrest and the implication that ISG was a conduit for certain members to procure illegal sexual services of minors from David33 (aka Johua Brown).

My point was it appears that the Peruvian government may have blocked normal Internet access to ISG within Peru. Prob the same way they do it within Indonesia. I was trying to confirm that occurred. According to the most recent posting, it's still accessible.

My Lima friend is too busy and no longer a member of ISG and has no interest in rejoining the site; proxy or otherwise. He had encountered David33 a few times and did not have a favorable opinion of him. In fact, avoided him like the plague.

It's been a while, but I left years ago after being disgusted that the forum had devolved into people kissing David33's arse and his ego replying. It's finally going to have to change.

One thing that I have learnt over these years is that you look for places (and cultural structures/local conditions) NOT people.

FKK's in North Rhine-Westphalia, Dolly in Surabaya, Adultwork in the UK and the Troco / Bote complex in Lima.

The little girls were not actually jumping rope in the park in the video, but rather the writer is saying that's what they should have been doing instead of performing sexual acts. I think some or most of the claims are greatly exaggerated. What is of interest is that child pornography charges by the government may be significant, from Brown's perspective. For those who don't speak Spanish, here are the main claims:

a. Brown managed pornographic networks that distributed images of little girls jumping rope, and giving oral to a black man with a huge penis; also of young boys who should be thinking about Star Wars, being penetrated bareback by an big bellied old man, followed by his friend.
