Hmm, really! You pay cover charge at Tropical & LC on Thursday?

Anybody else experiencing this? If so, that's got to be a new thing.

Tropical tried to charge me a door fee one time about a year ago and I think it was also a Thursday. I refused to pay so didn't go inside but I assume it was for something "special" going on.

The last time I was in HK was a month ago. I probably took a girl up over half a year ago. I wonder how this place still gets so crowded with all the girls asking for $100, VIP card time decrease (which makes it a price increase basically) and more. If I had to take a stab at it, lots of people are going in for the fun, party atmosphere. When it's for the party, it doesn't come out that expensive. I know I have come in here even posting about bars in other parts of the world and also launched some major complaints about the service here.

So I decided to read the last 100 posts in this exact forum and provide some statistics.

I broke everything down into 3 categories:

1. Complaints (about prices, service, safety).

2. Information (asking / giving info + arguments + misc. Off topic).

3. Positive post (only on an experienced service).

A note about the positive posts. I didn't count a post as positive based on hearsay or based on what the girls look like. I counted positive posts as ones that reflected a positive service received in HK. Although the way I will be counting what is a positive post will come off a little bit demanding, I also want readers to receive what is realistic and what quality they are getting and what actually happens when they go upstairs with a girl, have sex with her and then pay her (hopefully in that order!

So here were the results from the last 100 posts. The last 100 posts did not even go earlier than October, so this data is completely up-to-date.

Complaints- 18.

A number of them were complaints that were about equally divided between price increases for cover + VIP card and overpriced, non-GFE poor hygienic service and also one safety concern from a shooting. Some of these posts were also responses to information about price increases so no, not all of these were about an actually crappy experience.

Positive posts- 3.

I looked at two of them as a completely legitimate up-to-date positive reviews of HK, however we must note that one of them was posted by a self-proclaimed "newbie" who more than likely does not have much experience if any at all outside of Mexico, or maybe even HK club. I don't know him and I will not try to goad him for that information.

One of these "positive reviews" was a post that talked about an experience for 2016. Almost 2 years ago. If you guys don't count this as a legitimate 'positive post' then that means we had about 2 positive reviews about HK in 100 posts. LOL.

Information and misc. Posts - 79-80.

This made up the biggest chunk which talked about hotels, information on pricing and etc. Some of had a 'positive post' vibe, however I could not count it as a positive post if it gave some random information hearsay or opinion of how cool the place is and there is 0 information written about an actual recent service with a girl where there was sex and payment involved.

"HK has girls from so many places and they are hot!" written like that or differently was something I saw multiple times that I didn't count. No actual experience, service, no sex, no money paid = information or hearsay to me.

So what can we say about this? I really don't know. I do care about this place because I am local to the area. I know I have gone back and forth with you guys on here before about this. Why would I want this place to do bad, be overpriced and fail on service? This is perhaps one of the closest mongering spots to me that exists and I would actually one day love to read or start hearing that things changed here, prices lowered, service is GFE and etc. But reality is reality my friends.

P.S. I am a biased human with flaws so take this data however you would like to interpret it. If people want me to do this again, I will gladly do it and try to be less biased and more fair when it comes to categorizing posts.

Thanks for all your responses! IIRC, there's also a Caliente sportsbook right across HK (at the back alley). Has anyone been there before?

That place in the summer has high humidity and a foul odor, kind of like a locker room. It's a good place to relieve yourself though, no pesky bathroom attendant begging for tips.

Good observation its easy to miss. I have known several people who thought they had to go over to Revolucion to make a sports bet.

I have been there many times. As far as Tijuana sportsbooks go its about the worst as far as seating and decent tv's. But super convienent if you are hanging in the zona.

You will find one of the best sportsbooks in the plaza across from hotel Pueblo Amigo.

You can book the room online and they do not require payment when you are booking. After a few hours they send you a confirmation as long as they have a room available. Somebody told me they just started accepting CC' s. There current rate does favor you paying in pesos.

I have had no problem getting online using there wifi. They do have cable tv not extensive a couple porn channels and maybe around 15 other channels.

As far as bringing girls up HK, Tropical, LC, MQ, and a good chunk of SG's are no problem. However the problem with Chicago and Adelitas there girls can not go there while on duty, but the problem is not with Cascadas it is there employeer who won't allow it. When they get off its no problem.

I used to be able to find a GFE or DFK'er on just about in any given night. Just get a ficha or three and enjoy a great girl. It hasn't been that way with this latest crop of girls. Lots of upsell and attitude. Can't blame them I guess if the club is always packed. I can't remember the last time I went upstairs.

I'm familiar with the club scenes at Zona Norte (as well as the escort agencies) but have never stayed overnight. I plan to stay at Zona for the next trip; and I just have a few questions about staying at Cascadas:

1. If I'm booking the overnight stay online, do I pay for my stay on the spot (just like what we will do for arribas)? If so, will the rates in Pesos typically be more favorable?

2. Are there any amenities at Cascadas, for example, WiFi access or cable TV? I never bothered to check these amenities during arribas but would like to have them available if I'm staying overnight.

3. Can I bring chicas from other clubs (ex. Adelitas, Chicago) to Cascadas? Or am I limited to bring chicas from Hong Kong?

1. Yes, you pay the whole stay in cash at check-in. I think you can pay either dollars or pesos (I've only ever used USD).

2. There is okay WiFi (it's been strong enough for me to watch Netflix on my iPad). There is cable TV though only a couple of stations are in English. One of the channels available is NFL Network, which is what I usually have on when I'm just hanging out in my room.

3. No chicas from Adelitas or Chicago will go to Cascadas during their shifts, you have to use their hotels. You can bring girls from HK, Las Chevalas or Bar Tropical and of course, street girls.

The same duenos own Tropical, HK and Chavelas. My girlfriend worked in Tropical. She sold so many fichas that the owner paid her airfare to go home to visit her family in Culiacan and also her return. Problem is that he allows his meseros to get away with robbing the gringos by not returning their change, short changing them or giving them ruffies and then robbing them. The majority of putas in Tropical have loser boyfriends that they support. Most of them do meth.

Shitty business model. But it is what it is.

I usually stop in Hong Kong for a drink and a look but I think it's a rip off. Yeah they have the hottest girls in La Zona but they basically charge USA prices and there's probably more than a 50% chance you will have a subpar session. At least in my experience. Would rather get an escort at that price because you will normally get GFE every time. You probably won't get a stunner (there are some for sure) but I travel a lot and get my share of hotties around the world but I value service over looks generally anyways. There are hot girls most of the clubs and I normally do my hunting in AB Trop or Chicago. BaxterSlade brought me to golden palace I normally stop in there too but have yet to partake but they have some cuties, too, especially on weekends.

I totally agree with you. Hong Kong is the biggest ripoff bar in La Coahuila. Charging 7 dollars for a beer at the entrance for a crappy Heineken is BS. And these girls are spoiled as Hell thinking that their xxxx don't stink. So what if the girls are beautiful. While they command 100 dollars for a 15 minute session. Time to boycott the greed of this place! I have more respect for a good looking woman making 60 dollars a week in the maquiladora. All the gringos are doing by going there is lining the pockets of those criminal owners. Time to take a stand!
