I was just in KL last week. First time in KL and went to airport and back a few times as I travelled to other parts of Malaysia from KL. It will take 30-60 minutes to deplane, airport train, immigration, get cash and maybe find a locker.

Use Uber for ride into the city. Don't bother with KL express train. It's a 1 HR drive for 74 ringgit. Less than $20 USD. KL express is 55 ringgit and only takes you halfway into the city. You will have to taxi it from Sentral station anyways, so don't bother. Uber the whole way.

It might take a while to setup with an escort. WeChat back and forth. Some will only do SMS so you might need a local SIM. Which eats more of your time if you have to buy and get it setup. By the time you find avail girl and agree on time, price, location. You've spent quite a bit of time. He'll want your cell or hotel number and room and only then will he deliver the girl to you. Now you've wasted another hour or more.

I think the best bet is to head straight to a sauna. The down side is that you might not like the available selection but the same with outcall escort.
