it's a 5 mnts walk down the hill from princess heights to the beach at westin (dawn beach) , but i agree the return up the hill in the sun will get sweaty. a car is a better option. westin got free parking.

there is a sign at westin saying that the beach is exclusively for hotel guests only, but i have never had any problems spending time there. being friendly and spending some money on pina coladas and beach chairs probably helps.

driving down to westin is a detour which also would take around 5 mnts. halfway down there is a sign to busby's beach bar (making a left on emerald merit road driving towards oyster bay beach resort) , which also have access to dawn beach. it's a good alternative to the beach at westin. tbh i find the beach by bbb a better option, but that's just a personal preference. both are great beaches, but do not expect as many [CodeWord121] activities as in orient bay.

i have brought girls to both these two beaches in the past and enjoyed good times.

this is high season, and if you want to take a popular girl from a popular club out at night, then 300 + 70 is the going rate. it usually allows you to pick up the girl at 8 pm and making a return around 10 am (14 hours with a fresh girl). but there are ways around this of course. the following is based on discussions with the girls over the last 10 days:

Thank you for the detailed explanation re hotel setup. This time, I am renting a condo on the west side but I will keep this hotel in mind for next time. I am all about TLNs :-) but I do agree that it can get expensive. The girls will give a little bit of a break if they know you. What rate did you get? Surprised you didn't hit up Casa Blanca, or Sunset Retreat. You probably could have walked to Casa Blanca. And from my last visits, the talent has improved considerably and it's a flat $50, with no room fee. Plus with the restaurant and it's private bar, if you want to run away from the chaos in the main area, it's a nice on-site alternative. Although the area where you stayed. (I stay in Oyster Pond) is fabulous and only a 10 minute drive to Carolina's over the hill and through the woods. (no woods, just playing on the lyrics to the song) , it's a tricky drive at night. And if you've got a good buzz on, you need to sober up before tempting fate. 10 minutes sounds like no big deal, but shit happens in a split second.

Picked up the rental car and drove straight to Carolina's to try to get there before the afternoon break. Arrived and there weren't too many girls available. I didn't believe her, but she said the first time I talked to you, you were sitting over there and pointed to the corner of the bar. I was impressed that she remembered. Definitely the nicest hotel I have stayed in SXM. The only drawback is that it is a little out of the way (10mins from Carolina's) and a very hilly drive to get to the rooms. I would recommend it to fellow mongers who like to bring girls back for TLN.

I took a shower and a much needed nap before the evening action. At around 10pm, I headed to Seamans in hopes of an improved selection from my last trip. It is the opposite. Most girls are not aggressive and you have to approach them. Don't be shy about approaching them but do treat them nicely. Most of them are very sweet and have good hearts. If I plan on chatting with a girl for more than 2 minutes, I offer to buy them a drink. I suggest you do the same. It is not going to break your bank and other girls also notice that you are not a cheap bastard.

When you walk into a bar the first thing a guy looks for is the most attractive girl, followed by friendliness and potential for good sex. When you walk in, the first thing the working girl looks for is your ability or willingness to spend and then they want to know if you are a creep or a wierdo. So, relax, appear confident, smile at them, buy them a drink and don't act creepy. You will be all set.

Good advice (including additional comments from Golfinho). Just adding a couple of things from my experience:

- The girls tend to be less "aggressive" when you are in a group of men. Coming alone you will be an easier target. But either way, just chill, smile and treat them nicely, and you will be having a good time.

- Dominicanas have a rep for being a bit more aggressive than the sweet colombianas. Accordingly, clubs with predominantly Dominicanas (Casablanca, Crystal's, Petite Chataeu) may be experienced as having more aggressive girls than the clubs with colombianas (Seaman's / Carolina's). Anyway, one should be careful with generalizing too much. There are certainly also sweet and sensual Dominicanas and aggressive Colombianas out there.

- Don't be cheap. If you want to chat with a girl, buy her a drink. She will usually stay with you as long as it takes to finish that drink (at least that's a good sign if she does). She will usually be quick to dance for you (like in bumping to your private parts to salsa rythms untill you are about to lose your mind) and inviting you to fondle her. No wonder how guys quickly learn to appreciate salsa music ...

- Don't be afraid to say no to going any further, but do it politely / respectfully.

- You can have drinks with several girls this way. It will be respected that you don't go with the first girl that chat you up. BUT; there is a limit somewhere down the line when the girls start wondering if you are just a creepy cheap bastard. You do not want to go down that road.

- When business is slow and you have made some connection with a girl, you can easily sit with her for hours drinking inexpensive Presidente and Carib and generally having a good time, as she may find it more interesting chatting with you than her companeras. Speaking a little Spanish helps. Just respect that she will leave you for business if other guys start coming in.

What is the least expensive way to do a roundtrip from MDE to SXM? When I search form US, I am only finding high-cost US carriers close to $1000. Can't imagine girls or clubs paying that kind of money per trip so I am thinking there might be other options. Thank you.

These are great information for me and my friends. I greatly appreciate and can't thank you enough.

There is going to be 3 or 4 of us (including me). We are mainly interested in spending time at the beaches daytime, checking out p2p places, visiting restaurants and simply relaxing. I do not believe we would be taking girls to hotel as we will be sharing rooms. As I have read here, girls do have rooms by the places where they work and that should not be a problem.

We are looking at Radisson Blu hotel at Anse Marcel. Would you recommend this one or this area?

Given that info, I would highly recommend a car and not Taxis. With 4 of you, and if you guys are drinkers, get at least two names on the rental (additional driver). It is a bit of a drive from Anse to the clubs but there is not much traffic on the east side of the island. French side is more mellow, cleaner, not as congested and has overall better restaurants. I like the Dutch side myself. It is more lively and I go to SXM to have fun.

Hi guys first of all this my 5 th trip to SXM this December and I am a new member of the site. This is an amazing board and I wished I would've discovered this amazing board earlier as it contains loads of useful infos. My question is very simple. For guys who have been to either Carolina or Seamens club, have you seen any tall girls with a big bubble butt? I am not into skinny girls! Look up Delotta Brown on google that's my kind of girl.
