Well, not really.

I've used some of the call girl websites linked to and where the photos were lifted from and they are (subject to caveats) the reality of P4P in Vietnam. The prices are accurate too.

But the caveats:

It's obvious how heavily doctored these photos are. The girls look snow white, unblemished. Almost none of these girls are white.

Naturally they are almost always a few years older than their profiles claim.

Often the woman who turns up won't look anything like the photos; sometimes it won't even be the same woman.

Bear in mind that it's a blind date, which has many disadvantages.

Service is brisk, can be rushed.

And most pertinently.

Many of them are not happy about servicing foreigners, usually excepting Japanese, Koreans.

Or older men, certainly over 50 - in Vietnam 40 is 'grandfather age'.

I've noticed that increasingly some refuse old men on their profiles.

You have to speak at least some Vietnamese.

I'm sure a younger, fit local guy can find some friendly hot girls in the $12-16 range. If he can afford it. It's the going rate, but the girl's cut can't be that much.

As a foreigner it's not impossible, but it takes a lot of work. If you could meet them in a bar, or even see them in a line up it would remove a lot of the uncertainty. But choosing blind it's a crapshoot how it will go. Once you find some regulars it's ok. If you prefer older, more average women of course it will be easier.

And you're more likely to get good service from a pretty girl in the 300-600 k range in the outlying districts than if you pay 1 M+ in the tourist centers like D1, D7.
