Yes I've been to DR. Liked Blackbeard's resort and in Sosua, preferred to bring chicas back to my room rather than the one time I tried Passions using their rooms. Okay, I know that Hotel Medellin Plaza girls are 150 COP. Now, if a guy does not want to do any casas / strip joints / MPs and stick with Mansion girls at that rate, what is the advantage of Medellin as a destination compared to say the San Jose Costa Rica hotels like the Del Ray and Sportsman where one can usually negotiate the typical Del Ray girl down from $100 to an average of $80, which works out to be about the same as the 150 COP if a Mansion girls is pulled?

It seems to be that a trip to HMP and pulling only the Mansion girls compared to a trip to SJ and pulling only Del Ray / Sportsman girls would be comparable, if one does not do any of the casas or MPs. Add the fact that there might be more interesting non-monger activities in Costa Rica compared to Columbia.

Any thoughts on this? I'm trying to justify a trip to Medellin but prefer to bring girls back to my hotel room rather than do casas and MPs.

I've taken JetBlue to MDE from FLL. FLL is a smart airport. It's very easy and I was in the same terminal with my connection.
