Just to add a pushup tip. Alternate your pushup sets (15-25 pushups in a set) with your hands on the floor at different widths, eg shoulder width, nipple width. 4-5 inches apart, etc. Doing this will work different muscles, eg pecs, shoulders, biceps and triceps. You'll end up with a much more evenly muscular upper torso. And the babes will definitely notice!

Alternating hand placement is exactly how I do my pushups. The first 100 my hands are in close by my side. The second 100 my hands are spaced comfortably apart. My final set of 100, my hands are wide apart (beyond shoulder length).

You don't have to look like Schwarzenegger, but every little bit you do is more than what that other guy isn't doing. How many pushups (in addition to working out regularly) do I do? I try to do 300 pushups THROUGHOUT THE DAY four or five times a week, so a total of 1200 – 1500 pushups per week depending on how I feel.

Pushups can be done easily. I do 100 in the morning before breakfast. 100 before I eat lunch and 100 in the evening before dinner. And it only takes about 10 or 12 minutes to do 100 pushups. I do 25, then I take a 2 minute break. Then I do 25 and take a 2 or 3 minute break, etc. In 10 or 12 minutes, you're done with 100 pushups.
