I get a lot of replies from customers on here about headaches, blurred vision etc. Yes you can sometimes get headaches from taking sildenafil pills. Always drink loads of water when taking, before, during and after. This will reduce headache etc. Avoid fatty foods. Avoid drinking loads of alcohol.

Alternative pills. Tadacip tadalafills, 20 MG- half a pill is enough for the evening, personally I have never had a headache with these. Pills will last for say 12- 24 hrs.

Alternative pill. Generic levitra valid pills. 20 MG. 1 pill will last for say 5-6 hrs. Never had any headache with these. Take with large glass of water.

I would say that these 2 pill types are ideal replacement for Viagra.

I've tried all three. I get the headache and stuffy nose from the 100 MG Kamagra. I started cutting the pill in half. I've had no loss of performance and the side effects are a lot less. For me, the side effects have become predictable and I've simply learned to tough it out in favor of all the pleasurable benefits of a boner!

Before I started cutting the Kamagra pills in half, I tried the 20 MG generic Levitra (Valif). I didn't get as hard, but could still do the deed, and didn't get nearly the side effects I do with Kamagra.

The worst one of all for me is the generic Cialis (tadalafill). I tried one of the 20 MG pills. My performance was about the same as the Levitra but the side effects were much worse than the Kamagra. I'll try cutting a pill in half and seeing if it makes a difference.

I tried the Kamagra gel once at an FKK in Vienna. It seemed to work OK without most of the side effects from the full-dose pills. With all the cigarette smoke inside the FKK, perhaps I thought the stuffy nose and headache was caused by the smoke?

I guess my advice would be to buy a small quantity of all three, try them all is full and half-dose and go with the one that works best.
