I believe most of the high-end hotels allow visitors. I've stayed at the JW Marriott, Westin and currently at the Hilton (all in Santa Fe) and never had a guest turned away. You will usually have to sign them in or escort them (no pun intended) to your room. In each of them, the front desk always calls me after the guest leaves to make sure I am okay.

I have a newbie question that I hope someone can easily answer. This is my first trip to Mexico City although I did live in Thailand for a few years and had the scene there well scoped out. So. Forgive me. I have never been to the DF before and I have not spent a lot of time looking in this section. I did find one of those awesome city maps with all the hot spots but it was from 2011 - none of the links still worked and it seems that there has been some sort of recent crackdown on these types of establishments. Are there any casas de citas still left open in Mexico City or is it all street meat, internet girls and agencies?

I just arrived in DF a few days ago. This was one of my favorite cities to monger in, I've always had great luck at getting great service from young hotties.

Lo and behold couldn't find a casa de cita or massage place if my life depended on it.

The newpapers used to be full of ads, now there are zero.

I was born and raised in mexico an moved to thestates after high school, atbthat time and when I went back several times there were planty of massage parlors, casas and great strip clubs, well I went back lastbweek after several years for work and took the opportunity to see what the situation was.

I was told by several people that couple of yeras a go the mexico city governmant dis a crakdown on all these venues for the alleged resons of sex slavary plus issues with the cartels, so now it is almost impossible to find girls on those venues. Even the strip clubs that are still working are a shadow of what they used to be.

So basically the only venues are the sullivan girls that I was told are authorized by the governmnet and the escorts services.

The sullivan girls for me are very hard core, but I mostbsay that I asked antaxi to show me around and about 20 % are supprasingly very good looking but like I said not my thing.

The escort services is where the girls are but that is tricky as you know most of the times the girls in the pics are not the ones they send.

I had only two nights to check the escort thing and the first night I asked the taxi outside the hotel to recommend a girl (if you are at a high end hotel the taxi drivers will ask for more) So this particular taxi driver call an agency and they send three girls, I chose one for 1. 5 , she was like a 7 and the service GFE except no natural oral and only one hour.

Thanks for this Tom. I think you pretty much summarized it in your final thoughts. Personally, I'm really new at this whole scene and personally had a much better experience with having an escort come to my hotel. The rules and my poor Spanish made the street girls not as fun for me. However, I wouldn't say no!! Fun to just see a girl that catches your eye and say "Hey I want to have that" and if you're OK.

Day 3/ Saturday:

Jose called me around 1:00 and I told him to pick me up at 2:00. It was off to Zocalo. He dropped me off and I told him I would call later when I was ready to leave. The square at Zocalo with filled with several large booths from countries from all over the world. The place was packed! Many of the booths offered food from their country. There were thousands of people all over the square, so I did not stay very long.

I took a walk down Calle Tacuba and I saw this corner taco shop that had people fighting just to get a seat, or to find a place to stand, and not a single Gringo in the crowd; yes, I just had to stop. I had two great tacos; loved the place! I just found the place on Google earth, it is called La Taqueria Taco's and' Chelas. Headed back to Zocalo, but was not in the mood to fight the crowd. So I went to one of the roof top bars across from Zocalo for drinks and a small snack while I waited for Jose to arrive.

Jose picked me up and we were off to visit the Walmart street girls in Buenavista. Once again it was like a drive up service. There was around 10-12 girls, some hotties. They were asking 400 to 600 pesos for 30 minutes. I did not partake, but I figure we would try again later in the evening.

We were off to El Califa Taqueria. The place was not easy to find, but Jose pulled it off. I had Jose join me for dinner, and he seemed surprised that I asked him to join me. After the great meal, we went looking for Sala San Luis. But I did not have the address with me this time or my map. Jose tried like hell to find the place, but he has the navigation skills of Christopher Columbus! We headed back to check out the Walmart girls, there were more, but the prices were about the same. I decided to call it a night and we headed back to Zona Rosa.

I went walking to look for Club Solid Gold, which was not far from my hotel. Found it! It was closed! Some tout outside said he would show my another club; been there, done that, no gracias! So I'm walking down Calle Londres and I ran smack into this working chica that had a big smile when she saw me. A little older, average looking, but she had a great attitude. We were talking on the street for a while and I liked her. She asked for 1000 pesos for an hour. We stopped, bought some adult beverages, and off to my hotel room we went. We had a great time. I topped off the night with some great pasta at the Italian restaurant while watching the gay parade passing by!

Day 4/ Sunday:

Woke up late; again. Jose didn't call or text, so I assumed he wanted to spend time with his family, being Sunday and all. I had no real plans for the day so the first stop was to check out one of Trip Advisor's top ten restaurants; La Guapachosa for a late lunch. It was opened from 1 to 7. I got there around 2:30 and grabbed me a seat at the window.

Now I guess the restaurant was popular with the TA crowd because of their specialty; grasshopper tacos. For some reason, I was not in the mood for grasshoppers, so I got a appetizer and the birria taco; both were okay. The margaritas with really good! The other restaurants that I wanted to try were either closed or were closing too early.

The restaurant was in a decent area, so I walked around and enjoyed the afternoon. But at 7300 feet above sea level, I did not walk for too damn long. I thought I was headed in the right direction towards Zona Rosa; wrong! Thus, I hailed a cab and returned to the hotel. There is a wide calle that runs adjacent to Calle Amberes called Ruta Metro Insurgentes that is blocked off to traffic that has some nice bars with mixed crowds. I went to a few bars there just to check out the action on a late Sunday afternoon; there was a decent crowd.

Back in the hotel, I decided to text the girl from Saturday night. She sent me a text back within a couple of minutes, "A qu hora me quieres all?" She knocked at my door at the exact time that I told her to come. She was really relaxed, because she already knew me, and we had another great time. Once again, she stayed for a couple of hours.

I was once again hungry, but all the restaurants I wanted to try were closed. So I talked to the botones about what was open, close, and good. He highly recommended La Casa de Too, which is opened 24 hours. It was close to the hotel and as I was walking, I saw the crowd outside. I guess the place is very popular with the locals. There was a host outside that kept track on how many guests were waiting for tables.

I was in within 10 minutes. The menus were printed on the tables. They are well known for their Pozole. I ordered a Quesadilla and a Tostada. The Quesadilla was really good, and the Tostada was excellent! This place is a well ran machine. The meseros are moving extremely fast, and I even saw a few that were running to and from tables; I was completely impressed with the restaurant, staff, and the quality of chow!

After that, it was back to the hotel to start packing and finish off what adult beverages that were left in my refrigerator. Wasn't it George Bush that passed the, "Leave No Alcohol Behind" Act?

IMO the way to do Mexico City is to fulfill your mongering needs via a recommended escort service or peer referred escorts. That way you can enjoy the other aspects of the city like food culture shopping day trips etc. Without wasting your time looking for sex.

That city is packed with over 20 million souls- it has to have some hidden treasures your not aware of. Mexico City is probably the last place on earth I want to be.

I'm sure the place has thousands of hidden treasures within that huge city.

Don't get me wrong, even with a few let downs, I had good adventurous trip. I love to explore new places and experience new things. It was a great place to practice my crappy Spanish as well.
