It just tickled me that the porch area of Devil's Den was the largest concentration of laptop users that I've yet seen in Pattaya.

A website that has not been updated? I guarantee that the Tony Gym & Japanese Spa are no longer there. The larger Tony complex is about 1 km, 30 baht by mototaxi, down the street in the direction of Walking Street.

The last time that I went to the Tony's gym was in 2009, and at that time it was on Soi 16 just off Walking St. They have an OK selection of Lifecycles and eliptical machines for cardio, plenty of free weights, and decent weight machines as well. At that time the weekly rate was slightly better than the daily rate, provided that you went every day. The staff at the front desk was somewhat dodgy and not very friendly at the time. There was more than one occassion when I paid the entry fee and they told me to start the workout and promised to bring the change later, but practically everytime I had to remind them that I still had some change coming. Not many babes frequented the gym at that time, but things may have changed since 2009.
