I have enjoyed reading your informative posts.

I was in haiphong for a night, few weeks ago on the way Halong bay.

I met motor guy near my hotel and he said he could bring me 15 minutes to a place where I can get 1 HR 2 shots w a girl. No charge for the ride, just pay him 500 k after the deed.

As I was alone and it was 7 pm I did not go w him for fear of scam and my safety.

Could you advise whether there are such brothels in Haiphong? He said its not the beach area. I m making another trip next week and appreciate any info.

Smart move! 15 minute ride could turn to 20-25 minutes and be exposed to unsafe conditions.

I too was offered to take a ride recently "few minutes" away in Hanoi. The guy looked okay and I took a chance.

The place I was brought to was dirty and there were several big guys in the place which most probably would have made it uncomfortable for me.

My experience in Hanoi on wechat in particular is completely different to Saigon.

1) There were actually minimal girls openly advertising on wechat.

2) The very very few obvious ones on Zalo seem to get shutdown within 24 hrs.

I never received any "cold calls" from Wechat. Unlike Saigon where I was bombarded with dozens of contact requests every day.

Despite that, I did have some success.

There was one average looking lady that was advertising massage on wechat and she responded positively with photos of 4 ladies that could come to the hotel for massage. I mentioned I was in 5 star hotel and she said it would be no problem.

Exactly, customer service is not good in Vietnam in general (socialist). They have a long way to catch up with the capitalist in term of customer service.

The only way to get a GFE is to try to use: wechat, zalo, tinder (more popular now) and girls on tinder are tend to speak English and like foreigner too.

I am back.

It really depends on each girl, but typically easy. So my routine for ZALO / WECHAT is search in Look around, see the girls I like, add her, chat with her for a bit, if she answer promptly it means she is interested. Then I ask for facebook or / and phone number. Facebook is to check for more photos, cause sometimes they post only 1-2 best photo on Zalo / WC and it does not show clearly.
