The lowest you can get is Hotel Ta Mar in velho. Single room with communal shower. From 15.000 cfa. GF I don't know. But during day afternoon I am sure you can sneak a chica in. The best value for money is pensao creola. I sneaked the chica in in the afternoon. But I think the swiss proprietor might not like it though.
