I am and I do, so I will try these places out with a local I know. This is def a seedy area. Looks like old Panama..which will soon be torn down anyway when the gentrification takes firm hold.

Wednesday (Casco Viejo)

So, Wednesday I changed location to Pension Monaco. It's basically a love motel, at the corner of Avenida Cuba and Calle 29 Este in the Calidonia neighborhood, about 3 blocks from the Balboa Av. Seawall. It's cleaner than I expected, although the shower head was just a big faucet and not an actual head, but for clean, near action, and only $25 a night, I'm definitely not going to complain. There's a passable Italian restaurant on Calle 29 (away from the seawall), and after lunch and a little exploration of the neighborhood, I decided to hit up La Mayor. La Mayor is on the last piece of land near Calle Alvaro and Calle 13. If driving/walking from Cangrejo/Calidonia: Go down Balboa until you get to the fish market. Go left, follow that street to the end, where you'll see a small park. La Mayor, Bocatorena, and Interiorana are all across from the park. (see attached pictures.)

It's a $2 entrance fee to La Mayor when I went Wednesday day shift, and comes with a Budweiser. They somehow have a deal with them so they only sell Bud and Panama draft, I think. All beers after your first beer cost $1, and ladies drinks cost $4. After about an hour waiting for girls to approach me (I guess I've been to too many American strip clubs), I got the attention of "Leslie" on my way back from the bathroom. Leslie's Colombian, supposedly from Cali, and is very dark. Darker than me actually, which is surprising, as I'm African-American, and was mistaken for a native at least 2-3 times a day. If you like your women dark though, she's a great bargain choice. C/D cup tits, a ridiculously great round ass, nice face as well. A solid 8 in my book. So I bought her a beer, to see her reaction, and the trip to the room was confirmed after some groping. I acted like I had been there a bunch of times before, went upstairs with Leslie and handed the woman at a window halfway up the stairs $30 for 30 minutes. The room was nothing special, we've all seen rooms like it before. "Leslie" then proceeded to work me over. CBJ, then forward and reverse cowgirl, and something that probably looked like a bastard lotus position. Also some kissing, which I now think might not have been such a good idea in retrospect, but I was probably her first customer of the day.

Looks: 8. 5 Service: 9/10 Value: 10/10. She could probably command ten times what I gave her in the States, and get it easily.

Went next door to Bodeguita/Interiorana. They actually have a door in the back of the clubs which lets you go from one side to the other. A lot dirtier than La Mayor, as I actually saw roaches at Interiorana (the one with the red lighting). I sat in Bodeguita for a while looking at the talent, and wondering what the deal was as I hadn't got a good report on it from the board. The deal is, you take a girl (the hotter ones are normally in the back, near the door upstairs and the slots). You then go upstairs, and pay $4 to the house for a flophouse room for 12 minutes. You then give the girl $6 to use her for those 12 minutes.

I have a hard time using the bathroom in twelve minutes, much less getting off my second shot of the day. Needless to say I left unsatisfied. I don't remember much about the girl except that she was lightskinned, and she wanted five extra to touch her giant tits. Sorry, too many dollar Atlases.

Went back to La Mayor, and eventually hooked up with a Dominican (can't remember name). She wasn't nearly as hot as Leslie, but I almost never double back for the same girl twice. She did an admirable job in the bed, though and got me off within the allotted thirty minutes.

Friday – La Mayor

I'm going to go out of order and keep the La Mayor sections together, and put Thursday in it's own post as it's to a different part of town. As Friday was my designated tourist day, after tramping across Casco Viejo, I ended up at La Mayor again. Picked "Lisa" a thirty-something Medellin native (I have a thing for women slightly older than me, if they look good), and took her to the room. Honestly she looked a bit worse than advertised, with obvious stretch marks from having kids, but countered with a great session, almost as good as Thursday's with a longer, better blow job than any I had gotten previously at La Mayor, and cowgirl, missionary, doggy, and side-straddle. Finished about a minute before the phone rings as your time warning. I went back to Monaco sated and went to sleep pondering how the hell was I going to get another trip to Latin America together.

Note: I'm going to try to break my report into 3 or 4 edible chunks, so I can look over each part in Word before posting. Otherwise, I'll be kicking myself over the grammar, plus I want to be able to add some pics.

First off. Thanks to all the people who paved the way by posting great reports about where to go.

Day 1 – Tuesday (El Cangrejo)

So, I decided to escape the frozen land of the United Sex-Prison of America to Panama, having only found the airfare the night before, and having planned the trip so quickly, that I was already on the plane before I could get a reply to the questions I posted. I landed safely at Tocumen late in the afternoon, and took a taxi into Cangrejo to try to get a room at Milan. (Tip: The Panamanian cab driver is the most aggressive being on earth. You take your life in your hands every time you go more than a block.) As Milan was full, I decided to walk around the corner, and finally got a room for $60 a night at Marbella, as I didn't want to deal with Calidonia just yet.

I went to Veneto, and started talking to "Linda" from Columbia. Things were going well, we had gotten all of the way out of the hotel, and almost onto the back street, when the sky opened up. Went back in the Casino, and it was a savvy move as it saved me some cash. When we went back in we started talking price. She quoted $120 for one shot, and instead of trying to negotiate with her, I just thanked her for her time and walked off, deciding to NEVER deal with Veneto again. I'm sorry, but if you're going to ask for a price that's 150% of what they're asking at Golden Times, you better look like Eva Mendez. And honestly at that price, I'm not even going to try and deal with your bullshit.

Followed the instructions of the board, and went to River Club, but there weren't any girls available. There's another "massage parlor" on the opposite side of the same plaza, I think it was called Oriental. (Tip: If you stand at the front door of River and do an about face, it'll be in the walkway directly in front of you.) At Oriental? I paid the fee of $63 and got "Daniella" who promptly said that her real name was Isabel. Black hair, I didn't ask her nationality, but she appears to be probably Panamanian, with medium toned skin. A bit of a pooch, which wasn't great, but she was in total about a 6. 5 on the looks scale, and better than what I would get for triple the price in Birmingham. She did give good service, and gave me her cellphone number, and a recommendation of a more girl friendly hotel. She also said her 24th birthday was tomorrow, which meant that I would definitely not be calling her phone as I have no intention of paying for her regalo.

Directions to River/Oriental: Leave Veneto, turn right. Go to the McDonald's, turn left. Go to Via Argentina (long 3 blocks), turn left. Go behind Rodeo restaurant on the right. They're in the little strip mall there.

TL; DR Notes (Too Long/Didn't Read):

Milan booked. Marbella $60/night. Colombians in Veneto are crazy expensive. River full at 8PM. Oriental had one available. $63 for full servive. 6. 5/10. Didn't repeat at Veneto, River, or Oriental.

Well gents, I went down to Panama again for a few days and did some more exploring.

Here’s my report:

1st night out:

I was staying again in the Ave Cuba area and picked up a street girl to start off the night. You’ll see these girls standing in front of the ‘Pensiones’ (24hr motels where people go to do their business). The girls are in my experience from Panama and charge $20 for the hour. Also, make sure to bring your rubber as they never have any – but in any case the ‘pensiones’ usually sell them at their front desk. The girl I brought back was about a 6 but nothing spectacular in bed. That has also been my experience with the street girls.

A bit later jumped in a cab and asked cab driver to take me to La Mayor after reading about it here. La Mayor as has been reported is in the Casco Viejo area. I recognized the area as I had been here on my previous trip. The area around La Mayor also houses Boca Toreña and you’ll see girls in front of the places as well as food vendors, etc.

Went into La Mayor, paid a $3 entrance fee that gets you one beer or drink, also had to pay for my cab driver. It was pretty packed but I managed to grab a table in a couple of minutes. The girls will be standing or sitting around and the men have to approach them. Some of them will be sitting with their customers, ordering drinks, etc. Also, there’s a stage where the women will be stripping with varying levels of talent at doing this.

Decided to talk to this hot petite Colombian; we spoke for a while and I got her a drink. I asked her how much it was to go upstairs. The fee is $15 for regular rooms, $25 for the ‘suites’, and $35 for foreigners. My mistake was telling her where I was from as she thought I was from Panama. She proceeds to tell me she doesn’t go upstairs with anyone; she only does this for men who have bought her a certain amount of drinks. I wasn’t feeling that so I told her to call over another hot Colombian who I had been eying for a while. Ruby came over, a very dark and voluptuous girl – and she was fine with getting down to it. Went upstairs, paid the $35 (for 25 minutes), and walked to the room. The rooms are very bare (one might even say dirty). There’s a bathroom that doesn’t seem like it’s cleaned that often and a bed that has also seen much better days. If you can’t deal with the low end room/place then La Mayor isn’t for you.

Ruby was great even though I had had a pop previously at my hotel with my Colombian. Amazing ass. She grinded on me like it was a porn video or something. Very satisfying. Gave me her number but I wasn’t able to meet up with her as I spent the day times with my Colombian and Ruby worked every night.

Overall, La Mayor was a pretty good place for inexpensive action. I would say there were around 20-25 girls there and they ranged from 2s to 7s.

The cab driver told me next time he would take me to a place called El Capri in the Rio Abajo area.


2nd night out:

Called a cab driver who had been very helpful taking me on a mongering expedition during my first trip to Panama. Told him I wanted to check out Capri. On our way there he told me that the ‘Rio Abajo’ area has several low end places.

‘Capri’ had a $3 cover charge (not going towards drinks though). The beers were a bit pricier than usual and even though there was a stage, the girls weren’t dancing. All the girls were wearing different blue outfits. If you wanted to take a girl to a room the going rate was $15 for 15 minutes (for Panamanians though). Didn’t stick around to explore more. There were about 20 or so girls that ranged from 5-7s.

Next, the cabbie drove the to a place called ‘La Gruta Azul’ – also in the Rio Abajo area. This place was smaller. Also with a stage but no show. The beers were cheap and it had a $2 entrance fee.

There were only around 8-12 girls that ranged from 4-7. Didn’t see anything interesting so left.

Ended up at ‘La Gloria’ – a place the cabbie spoke highly about. At first instance, it looks like it’s the one at the lowest end of the spectrum. No entrance fee. About 12 girls ranging from 3-7. Quite a few older girls. Beers are cheap and the set up is very basic. Just a few tables and chairs here and there. The girls sit towards the back. I did like that there was a jukebox with a great assortment of Latino music.

Had my eye on a Colombian with a Double D rack and great dark caramel skin. Talked to her for a bit and decided to do the deed. The going rate is $15 for Panamanians for 12 minutes but it turned out to be $45 for 30 minutes for foreigners. The bartender heard my non Panamanian accent when ordering a beer and that gave me away, plus the coming in with a taxi driver. Not sure if they ask for your ‘cedula’ (ID) if they think you’re from there. Anyway, this girl had an amazing mouth. Sucked me for a good 20 minutes and then decided to get to the main course. Best cbj ever.

At this point my Colombian girl called and had to go back to the hotel. Paid the cabbie $20 for the night of taking me around (about 3 hours or so) and hanging around.

3rd night:

Another street girl to start off, more or less the same experience.

Went to ‘La Gloria’ again as I couldn’t forget the girl with the golden mouth. Talked for a while and went to the room. Another great suck + deed. Got her number and info for future trips to Colombia.

About the rooms: they’re quite comfortable considering the place they’re in as the girls actually live in these rooms. They take good care of them.

After ‘La Gloria’ decided to go to ‘La Gruta Azul’ again. Felt that I was in for something better. I thought I would just drink and watch for a while as I just had a pop about 15 minutes before. That wasn’t to be. As I got my drink and walked, this cute petite Colombian girl with fake boobs grabbed me. She was about a 7 and I liked her aggressiveness. She was chatting with he friend and told me they did excellent team play. The rate (again for Panamanians) was $15 for 20 minutes so I thought it was a bargain. Unfortunately, while the girl thought I was Panamanian – the cashier asked for my cedula (ID) so I had to pony up that I wasn’t from Panama. Then the rate increased to $42. Still I was intrigued with the other girl who was about an 8 and the team play.

In this place you also get nicer rooms as the girls live in them. They’re much larger than the ones in La Gloria. The girls started by stripping and dancing a bit and then got down to business. The petite one was a freak! She was all over me like she hadn’t gotten laid in years. Unfortunately her boob job was quite cheap so I paid more attention to the other Colombian girl. It was a pretty good session overall. The petite one was a freak throughout though, at a certain point while the one with real breast rode me – the petite one started riding, get this, my big toe…. She was at first grinding on my leg and then started riding my toe. Overall good experience but don’t think I would frequent the place much after that due to price, time, and not much of a selection. I must say that the second time I went there were a few 8s in the crowd.

I thought I would be done after 2 pops but it was still early and it was my last night in Panama. The cabbie asked me if I had another one in me and I told him that at least I would try.

Told him to take me to the Boca Toreña in the Casco Viejo area. On our way we stopped at an ATM near the Midnight Club. I didn’t go in but could see from outside it was a pretty decent place. It advertised a $25 all night open bar and it also included one table dance. Cabbie told me it was pretty expensive in terms of girls.

Continued to the Casco Viejo area and first went into a place called La Atlantida. Very dirty place, only about 5-6 girls from what I could see. The place smelled bad and it was tiny in the upstairs area where the girls danced. Not much talent but it’s there. I assume it’s the same $15 price for Panamanians. Didn’t stick around for long.

Ended up at Boca Toreña which is right next to La Mayor. Much to my surprise as I walked in I recognized it from my first trip to Panama. I thought it was called El Mercado because that’s what the guy told me when he brought me there but he was referencing that area of Casco Viejo, not the place itself.

So this place is pretty interesting for mongering. It’s pretty big in terms of space. It’s also dark and has two bar areas. You’ll see everything from 3s-8s. Beers are cheap and it can get packed. The good thing is in my experience girls are friendly and plentiful. Around 40 girls when I was there (around 1am). The first time I went it was much later (around 4am) and there were still around 20 girls. A girl there told me they’re open 24 hours.

Was interested in various girls but before I was done going through my options this good looking Nicaraguan approached me. Said I was cute, etc. I had never had a Nicaraguan and I liked her attitude. She was a fake blonde and I don’t go for blondes but she was pretty cute – around a 7. My plan was to go in and try out with her and then hopefully stick around for another one.

So I’m not entirely sure how this place works in terms of $. The first time I was here I paid $30 for 30 minutes to the guy at the front desk of the ‘rooms’. This time the girl paid $8 for 2 time slots in the room (30 minutes) and we agreed I would give her $20 for her services. The girl was very sensual and active which I liked. Great oral and mish. I decided I wanted a bj to finish. As I was nearing completion she took the condom off and let me finish in her mouth. She said this wasn’t a usual thing but I was foreign and cute.

Got her number for a future trip to Nicaragua.

About the rooms: the rooms are very bare – one might even say dirty. It’s not even a proper room as the walls don’t go up all the way to the ceiling so sometimes you can hear people in the room next to you if they’re loud. The room has a very simple and much used ‘bed’ that is quite hard and then a sink and a mirror, period. It gets the trick done. I couldn’t bring the Nicaraguan back to my place as my Colombian would be coming soon but the girls will often go with you to your hotel if you look decent and won’t ask for much. The Colombian girl from my first time came back for the entire night and just told me to tip her whatever I could so I gave her $60 for multiple rounds.


Some other tidbits (and I’m repeating some stuff from previous posts). The info is that you can pick up girls at various places across the city. The mongering is very easy and plentiful. You can go to ‘La Bodeguita’ which is a bar in the Calle Uruguay (main club area) where most pros and non-pros go to get some clients for the night.

Also the Veneto casino, but girls tend to ask for more $$ as it’s full of Gringos.

Oasis and Miami are a bit more upscale with a different clientele. Would recommend going to check them out. And as everyone else has mentioned before, Golden Times most definitely is the holy grail of good looking working girls. Ridiculous amounts of 10s.

In my opinion the greatest assets you can have are a trusty cab driver and a desire to explore. Most cab drivers know all these places as they frequent them themselves.

Bennigan's on Ave Balboa is advertising a $10.95 T-giving special. And the eye candy there can be quite spectacular, between the waitresses and the clientele.

The talent at Hooters here is far better than your average surburban franchise in the US, and some posters here said they hooked up with some waitresses.

If I had to choose between the two, I'd pick Bennigan's: better TVs, better food, usually better service.

In my opinion the best place to watch football is the sportsbook upstairs from the Royal Casino in the Marriott hotel.

There is another good place right across the street called Supersports or something.

I was wondering if anyone knows of any place that might be serving traditional American Turkey Day dinner in Panama City this Thanksgiving, al la the New York Bar in San Jose? Maybe an American owned restaurant?
Also, what are the better places to watch American football?

I can't be sure turkey is on the menu, but there is a sports bar in the Dorado section (not far from Goldentimes) in which you would think you are in the states. It's called "Bolas" I've eaten there, the burgers and steaks are good. And they have many tv's. I'm not sure of the street, I remember it wa close to Bingo casino. Or something.

Also, the Veneto is good to watch football with several tv's in the bar, typical casino appetozers.

Bennigans on ave Balboa has tv's with football too, lots of normal Panamanians eating and drinking. Food is ok.

Hello folks,

I went down to Panama for 5 days and here is my report:

Stayed mostly in the Panama city area and did my mongering there.

I was staying at the Pension Monaco. $25 a night, girl friendly, but very bare. Not a fancy hotel at all, a lot of people who go there are couples doing their business. The price was right and many places were completely booked. The place is located in Ave Cuba which is not a necessarily nice area but it was easy to find taxis and move around.

First night I was partying with friends and got a bit wasted. Got into a taxi around 3-4am and asked him where I could find girls at that hours. He told me 'el mercado' (the market) was the only place open. El mercado is sort of a bar in Casco Viejo (not the best area) where you go and there are a bunch of girls standing around and talking to the guys. You talk to a girl if you're interested, go to the back of the place where they have something resembling rooms (old mattresses and a faucet) where you pay $30 for 30 minutes. The girls range from about 2-8 maybe. The taxi driver came in with me and actually called over the girl I wanted. Colombian, black, about a 6-7.

I was semi drunk so it was hard finishing the act. Still, had a good connection with the girl (I'm a fluent Spanish speaker) and she decided to come back with me to my hotel. The girl stayed the whole night and we had sex twice. She gave me her number and we decided to meet up the next night.

2nd night. She seemed to be sincerely interested in me. Took her to dinner the next night, we were chatting, etc. Eventually took her back to the hotel, sex twice. Gave her a $60 tip on her way out.

3rd night. Decided to try the Hawaii Parlor as I noticed it was only two blocks away from my place. Walked in, about 6 girls sitting there. Asked the lady how it worked. She said it was $60 and I picked any of the girls. They accepted credit cards which to me was a bonus. Picked a great looking Colombian (about a 7 - kinda looked like Shakira) as she looked like a very nice girl. Had a great connection with her. Gave me her number and decided to meet up the next day.

4th day: took the girl to dinner and a movie, had fun. She had to go back to work and I was tired. As I went back to the hotel I was talking to a taxi driver about meeting girls. He told me he had the hookups so we decided he would take me mongering that night. I wanted to shower before going out. Showered, called the guy and as I'm waiting outside for him I see this girl on the other corner. Previously I had had girls on that corner talk to me but I was always on the move. Decided to talk to this girl, she was 19 and asked for $20. I couldn't pass up on it. She was a dark girl, about a 6. Asked the taxi to give me half an hour. My hotel was across the street so it didn't take long. Met up with the taxi and went mongering.

First we went to Golden Times. The guy said it was his favorite, obviously they knew him there. This place had really amazing girls if you have the $. It's a very nice and clean place. You walk in, they sit you in a room full of leather chairs (usually there will be other guys there too), and then they call the girls to parade in front of you. Each girl has a number attached to her skirt or dress. After they leave you tell the guy which girl you're interested and he calls her over. You chat with her, the guy brings you a beer or whatever, and if you're interested it's $94 for the hour (only one pop). I saw this gorgeous Colombian about a 9, it was her first day working there. I decided I wasn't feeling like paying that much and as it was my last night there I wanted to shop around.

Taxi guy then took me to some new place called the High Horse or something but it was closed. Then we went to Miami club. This place is sort of a strip club but not really. The girls are all wearing lingerie and they sit around and talk to the customers. You order drinks, etc. Some girls will dance sometimes, but they're really not good at it. The main point is choosing a girl for the hour or night. The price was $95 but the girls there did not come close to the ones at Golden Times. Most girls were fake blondes with fake boobs. Also, it was Dia de los Muertos on Sunday (day of the dead) so out of respect the place was closing at midnight. Had to leave but wasn't that interested.

Asked the driver to take me to Oasis but when we got there it was also closing up. Then went to one place he knew about, owned by a dominican lady. When we got there, there were only 3 girls, not that amazing and also $95. Said no thank you and left.

Decided what the hell, my last night so went back to Golden Times.Remembered that they said they would be open till 4am. Picked the girl I had a chat with and went upstairs.

What I didn't like about the room was that it was set up as a massage room (so tall massage table) instead of a bed (as in Hawaii). The girl was a pro but only one pop.... Overall you can't beat the quality of the girls there but wasn't 100% convinced.

Went back to my hotel and my Colombian called around 3am after she got off of work. Came over to my hotel and I kid you not we had the most amazing sex, total gfe. She was really into it, and it's up there with the best sex I've ever had. She didn't want money for it, just cab fare as she had no cash. I've been keeping in contact and hope to see her again soon.

So my take on Panama:

Mongering is alive and well. Great looking girls (90% Colombian - *see Colombian as in the country not Columbian as in Washington DC...), decent prices compared to the US. For me the bonus was that if you speak Spanish and are a decent dude you can probably get much more out of it. I was able to really connect with the girls and they were willing to pamper me. I would say that the last one really liked me and had it been a different situation it could lead to something else. The girl from Golden Times also said it would have been nice to hang out but I was leaving the next day. Knowing Spanish really goes a long way but if not, get some good cab drivers to help. Everyone there was helpful.

Well, hope this report helped a bit.

Oh and PS: in places like Miami and Golden Times you can take the girls back to your room or rent them for the night. It was around $150 for them to go back to your room. And I think from $300-500 for the whole evening.
