I have to say that for me Luang Prabang was a complete bust.

I decided to focus on the "new" chicken shack area behind the stadium on the street parallel to Manomai Road, since it seemed that this is the area preferred by our board Lao experts.

Thanks to the advice of BoomBoom0, I stopped by Happy Beer tonight (Saturday) to check out the action. As stated, about 8-10 good quality girls in the 18+ range.
