I would first follow WR's directions.

If 3 doctors gave you the same advice, medication you could try another. You can try an Urologist specialist or another Internal Medicine or Tropical specialist and get a full STD panel. A post or pre treatment test is a better way to see what is really ailing you. Take pictures and you can take you own sample to show them that it is really there. Just use a clean glass jar. I would also wash your underwear in hot water and use bleach.

I prefer to see US doctors or US trained. There is a medical evacuation clinic in Manila that might have some on staff. Also, it sounds like you travel. In your home country there are probably specialist clinics dealing with STDs. Good luck. Use a wrapper, my 2 cents.

While I have not this have you visited Chong Hua as this is the only hospital I would go to in Cebu. Another ISGer got a nasty dose last year and I told him same. He did and the doctors cured it.
